Millie Mackintosh underwent a trendy new anti-ageing procedure on Thursday.

Previously known Made In Chelsea cast member, aged 35, isn’t new to cosmetic enhancements, and on this occasion, chose to undergo Plasma Pen treatment at the Sadaf Jaffari practice located in London.

A video shared on Instagram captured Millie lounging on a bed, clad in a black sports bra, while Sadaf administered a treatment to her neck and chest area.

She captioned the clip: ‘Millie’s first Plasma Pen treatment!’

During today’s session, we primarily concentrated on Millie’s neck and chest regions, which are typically the first areas to exhibit signs of aging. However, these spots can be tastefully revitalized using this cutting-edge treatment method.

The Plasma Pen operates by inducing minuscule injuries on the skin’s surface, prompting increased collagen and elastin formation.

This product is ideal for addressing fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin, resulting in a more toned and even texture in the treated region gradually.

‘As for downtime, you can expect some tiny scabs to form, which usually shed within 7-10 days.

‘The skin may also appear red for a few weeks post-treatment, but the results are so worth it!

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d like to share some insights about a skincare routine that involves a collagen-boosting treatment. You might notice some initial enhancement once the skin recuperates, but remember, the complete transformation unfolds over 8 to 12 weeks. This is because the collagen-building process requires time to fully manifest its effects on your skin.

‘We can’t wait to see Millie’s final transformation!’

Millie’s plasma pen represents only a small part of the whole picture regarding self-love and treatments, as she revealed her extensive use of cosmetic procedures to preserve her youthful appearance.

Millie emphasized that when she posts pictures and clips of herself undergoing various treatments, it’s not her intention to drastically alter her looks. Instead, she aims to share her journey honestly.

Millie revealed it was all about ‘enhancing what’s already there’.

In her writing, she stated that during each Q&A session, she is consistently inundated with queries regarding the beauty treatments she suggests.

I have a strong fascination with advanced technologies, as they serve to enhance existing aspects rather than fundamentally alter my appearance. For me, it’s less about transformation and more about cultivating self-assurance and embracing the improved, most confident version of myself.

I’ve consistently advocated for full disclosure regarding any cosmetic procedures I’ve undergone, as I value honesty and believe it’s crucial to share the truth about what happens privately.

I really enjoy the way these treatments create a radiant, healthy look without altering my unique appearance.

She mentioned that she undergoes both microblading and lamination for her eyebrows as a timesaver from having to draw them every day, and she’s recently been making her hair appear more blonde through dyeing.

In simpler terms, microblading is similar to a semi-permanent form of tattooing for eyebrows, whereas lamination is like giving your eyebrows a permanent style, much like a perm for hair.

Millie disclosed that she receives Botox injections three times annually, as well as demonstrating herself undergoing two polynucleotide treatments – one under each eye area and another for her scalp.

Often called salmon or trout sperm injections, polynucleotides are actually purified and sterilized DNA strands taken from fish sperm. These are then injected into the skin to encourage increased collagen production, which in turn helps improve one’s appearance and aids in addressing hair loss issues.

The fashionable style that has received acclaim from celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Aniston may result in your skin sporting bruises and red spots.

Millie displayed a picture of her face marked with tiny punctures following the procedure, and mentioned that she noticed an improvement in her complexion, along with increased hair growth.

She mentioned having a “youthful facelift for her face” and a “procedure to strengthen and firm the skin on the back of her legs, often referred to as a ‘leg-lift’.

Instead of undergoing lymphatic drainage as a last resort for managing water retention, she informed her followers: “Ever since I turned 35, I’ve retained more water in my abdomen. These sessions have been quite effective at reducing the excess fluid.
