Millie Mackintosh strips down to tiny bikini for birthday selfie as she celebrates on family holiday
On a family vacation, Millie Mackintosh opted for a small swimsuit and captured a playful birthday selfie while showing off her style.
Over the past few days, the 36-year-old ex-star of Made In Chelsea has been basking in the sun with her dear ones.
On Sunday, Millie showcased her amazing figure in a mirror selfie, highlighting her well-defined abs on Instagram.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I effortlessly donned a chic two-piece in a delightful cream hue, complementing my look with a stylish fedora hat atop my head and gracefully holding my wicker bag in one hand while casually cradling my mobile device in the other.
She declared that Leo season has begun, posting a collection of images on her social media platforms, where she gave glimpses of their vacation without disclosing the exact location.
‘Vacation mode,’ she wrote alongside the photo.

A loving mother of two, wedded to Hugo Taylor, savored a peaceful dinner with her dear ones on the shoreline.
Together with their daughters, Sienna and Aurelia, she celebrated her birthday by singing along with them, then observing as she blew out the candles.
Millie stated: ‘We’re now in Leo season, which means I’m one year older, a bit wiser, and eagerly anticipating whatever the universe brings my way. A big thank you for your birthday wishes!’
Lately, Millie has shared that her dog aids in maintaining her sobriety following her struggle with alcohol problems for several years.
Openly discussing her past struggles with alcohol, she chose sobriety in the year 2022. Since then, she’s penned a book chronicling her hardships, titled “Bad Drunk.”
In a heartfelt chat with The Sunday Times, I’ve shared my secret to staying grounded – my beloved pup, Luna. She brings a newfound focus into my life that I cherish deeply.
Instead of waking up with a lingering headache from a hangover, when you own a dog, you’ll find yourself starting your day with a morning stroll by the river or socializing with fellow dog owners.
Having Luna by my side makes conversations easier for me since I’m somewhat socially uncomfortable. It turns out that when both parties have dogs, there’s always a common topic to discuss.

Millie, previously married to ex-co-star from Made In Chelsea, Hugo Taylor, and mother of two girls, confessed that she hardly identifies with her past self after posting an old, presumably intoxicated photo on Instagram in a heartfelt manner.
About two years back, she decided to abstain from alcohol after recognizing that she had turned into someone with a short temper while drinking.
Initially, Millie’s episodes on the program frequently focused on socializing, alcohol consumption, and conflicts with other cast members, which she later asserted negatively impacted her personal connections.
As a lifestyle enthusiast reflecting on my journey, let me share with you the stark contrast between my past and present:
‘Then’: My days were filled with the haze of alcohol, clouding my judgment and happiness. I was trapped in a cycle that seemed impossible to break free from.
‘Now’: Sobriety has opened up a world of clarity and peace that I never knew existed. Each day is a gift, filled with purpose and fulfillment. My life has taken a 180-degree turn for the better, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Reflecting on the past decade, I scarcely resemble the individual I once was – a chronic heavy drinker, perpetually plagued by hangovers, and utterly adrift.
I found myself trapped in a loop of self-medication, unaware that the transformation I yearned for was just beyond the threshold of unease, patiently waiting for me.
Opting for a lifestyle without alcohol stands out as the most rewarding choice I’ve ever made. This switch is like a game-changer—discovering within myself the ability to resist temptation, a powerful tool indeed.
Instead of choosing sobriety out of necessity, I view it as an opportunity – a blessing I bestow upon myself that I’ll forever cherish and never take lightly.
Experiencing the life-changing transition from being an alcoholic to becoming sober has undeniably been the most impactful experience in my life. Knowing that there are many others embarking on a similar journey brings me immense joy.
Reflecting on your comments about my book and sharing your personal experiences makes me realize how significant our discussion is.
If you find yourself on a similar path, remember you don’t have to walk it alone – we’re walking side by side. Can you share how you’re currently experiencing your personal voyage? I’m here for a chat. ✨
Millie chose to consult a sobriety advisor, who assisted her, and she’s been alcohol-free for over two years now.
