Millie Mackintosh shows off her toned figure in a skimpy cream bikini after admitting she wishes she got bigger breast implants

Millie Mackintosh stripped down to a tiny cream bikini in a sizzling Instagram clip.

The ex-star of Made In Chelsea, who is 36 years old, showcased her figure in a stunning two-piece as she enjoyed the sun during an extravagant vacation with her family.

The author showed off her endless legs, adding chic white shades and a large straw hat.

Over the past weekend, the loving mother of two, who is wedded to Hugo Taylor, marked her birthday by embarking on a summer vacation with her cherished family members.

In the video, Millie appeared just as self-assured as usual. However, she recently admitted that on occasion, she wishes she had gone for larger breast implants.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I recently took to Instagram to share my thoughts about a personal decision – my breast augmentation. To be honest, I’ve grown so accustomed to them that sometimes I even forget they aren’t part of my original makeup. They feel completely natural and integrated, as if they were always meant to be.

She expressed that she believes a lot of judgment exists and people often find it difficult to discuss this topic. What she aimed to establish, according to her, was a similar environment as the one she had prior to having children.

In an effort to avoid producing something overly artificial, I made sure it suited my unique frame. I believe this choice is quite subjective, but I happened to have a collection of images related to breasts saved on my smartphone.

Here’s a more subtle and polite way of expressing the sentiment:

“I find myself frequently preoccupied with the aesthetics of breasts, often pondering if certain shapes or sizes might suit me better. In particular, I yearn for the smaller, firmer breasts that I had in my twenties while using birth control.

Once my children were born, they seemed to grow rapidly during breastfeeding. However, I waited a year to check if they might revive again, but unfortunately, they did not.

Millie chose one of the tiniest implant options available, yet confessed there are moments when she regrets not going for a larger size instead.

She shared that the action was something she chose to do on her own accord, not influenced by others. Her surgeon, named Paul Harris, is exceptionally talented, almost like a true artist, she expressed.

Instead, due to my apprehension about them appearing unnatural, I ultimately opted for a smaller size than the one suggested by my surgeon.

He suggested choosing between 200cc or 220cc, but I opted for the smallest available, which is 175cc. At times, I feel a tinge of regret, thinking that perhaps they could have been larger – I believe they are just right for my body frame.

Lately, Millie has shared that her dog plays a crucial role in helping her maintain sobriety following years of dealing with alcohol problems.

Previously, she candidly discussed her battles with alcohol addiction prior to achieving sobriety in the year 2022. Afterward, she penned a book detailing her experiences, titled “Bad Drunk.”

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, she shared that having her pug, Luna, has provided an extra source of concentration for her.

Instead of waking up hungover when you have a pet dog, you’ll find yourself starting your day by taking a stroll alongside the river or connecting with fellow dog owners.

‘With Luna by my side, I feel more comfortable interacting with others as I tend to be rather shy. It’s amazing how having a dog creates an instant conversation starter – when two people each have a dog, they naturally have something to talk about.’

Millie Mackintosh, now wife of ex-Made In Chelsea colleague Hugo Taylor and mom to two girls, confessed that she hardly identifies with her past self after posting an old, slightly tipsy photo on Instagram, in a heartfelt and honest update.

Approximately two years ago, she chose to live a sober life after recognizing that her drinking had led to anger issues.

Initially on the show, Millie, as an original cast member, frequently found herself involved in party and drinking situations that would sometimes escalate into conflicts with other cast members. She later admitted these incidents might have hindered her personal relationships.

Moving forward with spreading understanding about staying sober and the positive transformation in my life since I quit drinking, Millie penned: ‘Then and Now.’

Reflecting on the past decade, I scarcely resemble the individual I once was – a life consumed by excessive drinking, constant hangovers, and a sense of directionless wandering.

I found myself trapped in a loop of self-medication, oblivious to the fact that the transformation I desperately sought was just beyond the threshold of unease.

Opting for a life without alcohol has proven to be my most rewarding choice yet. It’s like discovering an exceptional secret trick – recognizing that I possess the strength to resist.

I choose sobriety not out of obligation, but out of pleasure. It’s not a burden I bear, but a blessing I’ve bestowed upon myself – something I value greatly and will always appreciate.

Embarking on my transformation from an unhealthy drinker to a sober individual has undeniably been the most life-changing experience I’ve encountered thus far. Knowing that I’m not alone in this journey, with countless others treading the same path, brings tremendous comfort and inspiration.

Reading your thoughts on my book and sharing your personal experiences resonates with me, highlighting just how crucial our discussion is.

If you find yourself also going through this, remember you’re not on your own – we’re all in the same boat. How are you currently feeling about your personal voyage? Fancy a conversation about it? ✨

Millie chose to consult with a sobriety advisor, who assisted her, enabling her to abstain from alcohol for over two years now.
