She told The Sun: ‘It felt like a bit of a breakdown moment where I just wasn’t coping.

As a lifestyle advocate, allow me to share a personal insight: I found myself running on empty, overextending myself with numerous responsibilities. The pressure mounted, and I must admit, I wasn’t handling it gracefully. My body started sending clear signals that it was time for a pause – signs that echoed, “Slow down, take a breather.

As a wellness advocate, I found myself grappling with an alarming number of anxiety episodes that pushed my nervous system to its limits. To ensure proper recovery and self-care, I needed to step back momentarily from my usual routine for some much-needed rest and rejuvenation.

Embracing a more laid-back approach, I’ve found myself planning fewer engagements these days. It’s quite refreshing to no longer fret over a jam-packed schedule every day.

Millie also no longer drinks after she realised that alcohol made her anxiety much worse.

During the same month, Millie shared her insights on managing both parental duties and personal time while traveling.

In her beach photo post, she expressed that putting her mental well-being first involves waking up earlier than the kids to meditate and exercise in the morning.
