Millie Bobby Brown unveiled her full real name. Hint: It sounds really, really similar
It seems that “Millie Bobby Brown” isn’t the true birth name of the actress who gained fame from “Stranger Things,” but it is quite similar.
In my latest review, I’m excited to discuss the upcoming Netflix film, “Electric State,” starring the talented 21-year-old British actress who’s almost as enigmatic as her on-screen characters. Interestingly enough, she’s just a few letters away from revealing her actual birth name! In an exclusive interview with Buzzfeed UK, she shared this intriguing tidbit before the film’s release. Her stage name and real name are remarkably close, adding another layer of mystery to this promising young starlet. Can’t wait to see what she brings to the table in “Electric State” alongside her co-star Chris Pratt!
“My middle name is Bonnie,” she told her co-star. “It’s Millie Bonnie Brown.”
She added: “I’ve never told anyone that. You heard it here first.”
Entertainment & Arts
Millie Bobby Brown, the popular actress from ‘Stranger Things’, shares with her followers that she believes she’s been singled out by gossip media who seem eager to criticize and undermine young women.
In a surprising moment, Chris Pratt – famously known for his roles in “The Office” and “Guardians of the Galaxy” – appeared stunned when he learned his co-star’s middle name was Bonnie. He asked in disbelief, “Is your middle name really Bonnie?
Brown explained that the name change was simply for “giggles.”
In this current group of famous Hollywood actors, Brown is now included as they all choose to be open about the origins of their stage names. Last year, for instance, the actress from “Poor Things,” Emma Stone, and the actor from “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” Michael Keaton, disclosed the stories behind their pseudonyms.
In interviews, both Emily Stone (from “The Curse”) and Michael Keaton (from “Birdman”) expressed a desire for fans to use their real names instead of their stage names. They chose these pseudonyms because other actors in the Screen Actors Guild were already using their preferred names.

Michael Keaton plans to combine elements from both his stage name and his real name, as he put aside his birth name in the 1970s due to another well-known actor named Michael Douglas sharing the same initials in the Screen Actors Guild.
In the course of the promotional events for “Electric State,” Brown has garnered attention beyond just her given name. This past week, Brown addressed criticism, even from some journalists, on Instagram, stating that they are focusing excessively on analyzing her appearance, including her face, body, and personal decisions.
She shared in an Instagram post that she began her career at the age of ten in this particular field. Growing up under public scrutiny, it appears that others struggle to keep pace with her growth. In essence, they seem to expect her to remain unchanged, as if she should continue appearing as she did during the first season of “Stranger Things.
Other famous personalities such as Sharon Stone, Mario Lopez, Lilly Singh, and Octavia Spencer voiced their support for her statement by commenting on it. Additionally, her fellow star Chris Pratt expressed his backing with the words, “some of these reporters are individuals who may be feeling sad and lonely.
He added: “We’ll pray for em. You look great!! And more importantly you have a beautiful heart.”

It turns out that ‘Emma Stone’ isn’t Emma’s real name. Instead, the twice-Oscar-winning actress has chosen to go by her birth name, which is ‘Emily’.
During a recent press gathering, Pratt appeared to back Brown not just on social platforms, but also in person. Many praised Pratt for his chivalrous actions when he covered Brown, who was wearing a mini-skirt, from the spectators’ sight as she stood up from her seat. The “Jurassic World” star was hailed as an ideal gentleman by netizens.
In “The Electric State,” a teenager named Brown stars as an orphan who embarks on a journey accompanied by a smuggler resembling Pratt, in search of her long-lost brother. The story unfolds amidst a world filled with robots, and the film features Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Norman, Giancarlo Esposito, and Stanley Tucci.
The directors, Anthony Russo and Joe Russo (who previously worked with “Avengers”), are set to release their new project titled “The Electric State” on Netflix, starting March 14.
