Millie Bobby Brown has publicly discussed her relationship with her ‘Stranger Things’ co-star, David Harbour, following a recent accusation that he had bullied her.

Oh my gosh, I was obsessed with everything about the LA premiere! She’s only 21, and him… well, he’s 50, but they were totally playing up the comedy for the cameras, all smiles and fun. It was a little weird though, because I’d just read about her filing a claim saying he’d been harassing and bullying her! Seriously, the drama! Then, a week later at the London premiere, he just… wasn’t there. It was so strange, and everyone was talking about it. I’ve been following every detail, obviously!

Millie recently shared that she and her co-stars are doing well and are focused on their show, with the final season now available to stream.

Millie told the Hollywood Reporter that she and her friends absolutely love the show and that their friendship is the most important thing to them.

The actress explained that she and David have consistently presented a united front, saying, ‘We’ve been doing that for the past decade.’ She emphasized that their unity wasn’t new, but something they’d always shared.

This month, the Daily Mail revealed that the British actress submitted extensive written complaints about David before the final season of the sci-fi series started filming.

Importantly, the complaints didn’t involve any accusations of sexual misconduct, and we don’t yet know what the investigation will conclude.

David has been a core member of the Stranger Things cast since it first aired in 2016.

David Harbour plays Jim Hopper, the sheriff, and is a fan favorite thanks to his complicated and compelling story.

Throughout the show, Hopper becomes a father figure to Eleven, a young girl with special abilities. She previously escaped from a hidden government lab where she was subjected to experiments as a child.

The show’s fifth and final season brings the two characters back together after a significant time apart, and Millie said it was ‘really exciting’ to play their roles together again.

The actress explained that revisiting this relationship felt nostalgic, bringing her back to the dynamic from seasons two and three. She described a situation where both characters clash as the younger one finds her independence and the other tries to guide her. She’s eager for viewers to see how that familiar tension plays out again.

A lot of fans really love the scenes between Eleven and Hopper, so I’m thrilled we get to show their relationship on screen again.

Netflix and representatives for Millie Bobby Brown both chose not to comment on the legal filing. Similarly, David and the creators of Stranger Things, the Duffer Brothers, did not respond to requests for comment.

Following allegations of infidelity against David, sparked by lyrics in his ex-wife Lily Allen’s recently released album, a source reports that Lily has supported him, even after claims of bullying surfaced.

‘Lily supported him throughout it all. It was a brutal time,’ a source told the Mail On Sunday.

After Millie raised a concern, she had a designated representative with her on set during the last season of filming.

The first four episodes of Stranger Things season five dropped on Netflix on November 26.

This streaming service releases entire seasons of shows all at once, while many competitors have gone back to releasing just one episode a week to keep viewers engaged for a longer period.

Netflix is doing things a little differently this time. They’ll release another three episodes on Christmas Day, and then a final, movie-length episode will debut both in theaters and on Netflix at the same time.
