Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi have announced that they have adopted a “sweet baby girl”.
In May 2024, the couple announced their happy news through an Instagram post, stating: “This coming summer saw the arrival of our precious adopted daughter. We are thrilled to begin this wonderful new phase of our lives as parents, cherishing this moment with tranquility and seclusion.

Last year, Bongiovi’s father Jon verified during an episode of The One Show that the duo had indeed gotten married. In his words, “They’re wonderful, simply fantastic. It was a tiny family wedding. The bride was beautiful and Jake is overjoyed beyond measure.
Despite the intimate nature of the event, a well-known figure served as the officiant, with Matthew Modine from “Stranger Things” revealing that he played a significant role by presiding over the ceremony.
In a simple and conversational way, Modine shared, “I hold one of those licenses that allow people to get married. Millie thought it was fantastic, while Jake agreed, considering it a brilliant idea. Consequently, I crafted the wedding vows for them, which they adored as they recited them, pledging to hold hands and embark on their journey as husband and wife.
As they’re currently nurturing their child, Brown is expected to appear in the fifth and concluding season of Stranger Things, which will be back on Netflix towards the end of this year, divided into three volumes consisting of a total of eight episodes.
Beginning on November 26th, the initial volume comprising four episodes of the show will debut on the streaming platform. Three more installments follow, arriving on Christmas Day, the 25th of December. The final episode, named ‘The Rightside Up’, is set to premiere six days later on New Year’s Eve, December 31st.
