Now, the 38-year-old sister of Miley Cyrus is disclosing details about an unconventional cosmetic treatment she underwent.

In the July 17th installment of “Sorry We’re Cyrus,” the podcast she shares with her mother Tish, Brandi disclosed that she underwent a procedure to get smaller breast implants back in February. However, she had pondered over this choice for well over a year and a half before making the final decision.

She disclosed that she met with three distinct physicians prior to choosing one, emphasizing the significance of thorough preparation.

opting for breast augmentation is costly, but I reasoned that it would be worthwhile to allocate smaller sums regularly to consult various specialists and explore multiple options since it’s a substantial investment.

In the end, she chose a more conservative 185cc enhancement – quite different from Kylie’s 445cc – and shared that her surgeon established a new personal best.

‘He said it was the smallest implant he’s ever done.’

Brandi shared that although many of her friends cautioned she might regret opting for a smaller size, her mother remained steadfast in her encouragement.

‘Absolutely not bigger,’ Tish assured her.

Brandi proudly described her choice as ‘tiny,’ and added, ‘No regrets because they look great.’

As a diligent follower, I too prioritize caution when making significant decisions. I’m not one to act impulsively; instead, I prefer to ponder over my choices for an extended period. If, after a year or so, I still feel strongly about taking action, then I can confidently say, “I am truly committed to this endeavor.

‘Occasionally, I feel strongly inclined to undertake an action, but after a few months, my interest wanes. It seems that I tend to avoid making impulsive decisions. Instead, I prefer to ponder over the idea and conduct thorough investigation.’

Meanwhile, Tish praised Brandi’s self-control, and she didn’t hesitate to share openly about her personal experience with plastic surgery.

Over time, she disclosed that she underwent four distinct breast surgeries, but was often dissatisfied with the results.

 ‘I’ve literally done it four times, three of which I hated,’ Tish shared.

‘Each time I asked for a decrease in size, they explained their necessary method, resulting in larger breasts for me. I found myself questioning, “But I came here seeking a reduction – how can this be?”‘

In the end, Tish made it clear that she wanted a larger bra size, specifically ‘A’ with capital letters – although her surgeon showed reluctance in fulfilling her request.

‘She did what I asked and I freaking love them,’ Tish said.

 ‘I’ve never loved anything more. I barely ever wear a bra. I freaking love it. It is amazing.’
