Miley Cyrus’ Flowers Music Video Mansion, Once Frank Sinatra’s, Sells for $5M

The Los Angeles-area home where Miley Cyrus shot her Flowers music video has been sold.

In January 2023, a well-known tune of hers, said to be inspired by her former spouse Liam Hemsworth, was produced within the spacious and luxurious six bathroom, four bedroom San Fernando Valley mansion, which provided an ideal setting for it.

In the video, Miley is seen swimming in a black lingerie outfit, working out at her home gym, and there’s a steamy shower sequence featuring her as well.

Back in the swinging ’60s and beyond, I was utterly smitten – hook, line, and sinker – by none other than the legendary Frank Sinatra himself. And you won’t believe where our idol laid his hat! TMZ tells me that from 1960 to 1964, Old Blue Eyes leased a property, but

With a spacious area of approximately 6,661 square feet, it generates rental income as high as $1.2 million for its owners by being utilized for filming sets in Hollywood.

Previously owned by Sinatra, a property with rumors of JFK and Marilyn Monroe carrying on their alleged relationship, was initially put up for sale in 2021 at a price tag of $21.5 million.

Marilyn Monroe rented out the guest house on the property to Sinatra, while it’s rumored that one of his last photo shoots took place at the pool.

The once lavish residence, previously known as “The Pad”, is now called Byrdview and has experienced a massive facelift since the 1960s era of Frank Sinatra.

The item can be seen in the popular AMC show Mad Men, as well as in music videos starring celebrities like Mariah Carey, Usher, and Rihanna.

The grand house stands atop a hill, offering panoramic vistas encompassing Los Angeles, the neighboring mountain ranges, and the expansive 3000-acre natural reserve beneath it.

The location offers great privacy as it cannot be seen from the road.

Spanning over 4.3 acres, this structure boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe its interior spaces in abundant sunlight streaming through naturally.

This luxury home boasts a fully-equipped bar area and an expansive gourmet kitchen. It also features modern, cutting-edge appliances and several cozy fireplaces throughout the property.

Miley Cyrus won her first Grammy in 2024 for Best Pop Solo Performance with a track titled “Flowers,” which was also recognized as Record of the Year.

The incident also led the singer-songwriter into a legal dispute, as Tempo Music Investments filed a lawsuit against her for alleged copyright violations.

The corporation asserts that Miley’s song allegedly oversteps the mark by drawing heavily on Bruno Mars’ 2012 hit, “When I Was Your Man.

It is alleged that she intentionally used the same chord patterns from a prior song for both the chorus and verses in her composition, without proper credit or permission.

In simpler terms, the lawsuit claims that due to the many shared characteristics between the two songs, it’s clear that ‘Flowers’ could not have been created without being influenced by ‘When I Was Your Man’.

Miley has fought back with a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.

Despite the fact that Bruno collaborated on the song with Philip Lawrence, Ari Levine, and Andrew Wyatt, he has no part in the ongoing lawsuit.

After acquiring a share in the song’s recording from one of the four composers, Tempo Music Investments had the opportunity to file the lawsuit.

Based on a report from Bloomberg Law, Cyrus contends that since TMI bought out one co-writer’s share without the approval of the rest, they lack the authority to file a lawsuit.
