Miley Cyrus flashes flesh in steamy new shoot as she reveals ‘terrible habit’ Dolly Parton taught her

Miley Cyrus turned up the heat on her latest magazine cover, wearing a sparkly and revealing top that highlighted her figure.

The 33-year-old has been actively promoting her new concert special on Disney+, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of her popular TV show, Hannah Montana.

The Disney Channel series, which ran from 2006 to 2011, followed Miley Stewart, a teenager who secretly lived a double life as a famous pop star.

Cyrus has admitted she announced the anniversary event to the public before it was officially approved, which made it possible.

She used this strategy, a habit she considered negative, but actually believed it was helpful advice – something she’d picked up from her godmother, Dolly Parton.

In a recent interview with Variety, Cyrus explained her philosophy: if you want to make something happen, start building support for it before it’s even finished. That way, she says, it’s hard for anyone to object.

In a recent interview while discussing her new photos, she admitted to mistakenly promoting a nonexistent 20th-anniversary special for a show called Hannah.

One photo showed her wearing a sheer, netted top that revealed her toned stomach.

She also gave the camera a seductive look while lounging on a chaise, wearing shiny, silver pants that were very reminiscent of 1980s fashion.

In her interview, she took back the apology she made regarding the controversial Vanity Fair magazine cover she appeared on in 2008.

When she was 15, during the height of the Hannah Montana era, she appeared on the cover of a magazine topless, covering herself with a bedsheet.

She recalled looking at online comments about her, remembering how much attention the whole situation had caused, as she shared in a recent interview.

She said she wasn’t truly sorry, but rather felt embarrassed by how people reacted. She thought apologizing would just create more problems, and now believes she had nothing to apologize for in the first place, as she didn’t do anything wrong.

Miley Cyrus and Dolly Parton have a close relationship both professionally and personally, like when they co-hosted a New Year’s Eve show to ring in 2023.

Before the special aired, Miley Cyrus was asked if she’d ever be interested in playing Dolly Parton in a movie about her life.

It wouldn’t be surprising for her to emulate Dolly Parton’s style, as Miley Cyrus joked to E! News, ‘I’m shaped, smoothed, and styled, just like Dolly showed me how.’

I’ve never actually discussed playing Dolly Parton with her, because I feel like I’m already embodying the role,” she explained. She then jokingly wondered what they would do to help her achieve Parton’s famously large chest.

Cyrus has frequently shown her admiration for Dolly Parton, famously covering Parton’s popular 1973 song, “Jolene.”

In 2019, Dolly Parton offered Miley Cyrus some kind encouragement while she was navigating a difficult time in her relationships.

That year was full of changes for Cyrus. She separated from her husband, Liam Hemsworth, and quickly began a short-lived romance with Kaitlynn Carter, who had recently broken up with Brody Jenner. Soon after, she started a relationship with her longtime friend, Cody Simpson.

Dolly Parton told People magazine, ‘I’ve tried my best, and I plan to keep doing everything I can.’ She believes Miley Cyrus will do the same, adding, ‘Miley is smart and knows what she’s doing.’

She believes that even though it doesn’t always seem like it, this person has a lot of good qualities.

Dolly Parton explained that she’s shared advice with someone, things she believes are helpful and that the person actually uses. However, she prefers to lead by example instead of simply telling people what to do, as she doesn’t think that’s the most effective approach.

Everyone’s path in life is unique. While others can offer support and smooth things out a bit, ultimately you have to navigate your own journey yourself.
