MIKE x Tony Seltzer Run It Back (Even Better) for ‘Pinball II’

As a devoted fan, I’m thrilled to announce that the dynamic duo of MIKE and Tony Seltzer, New York City’s beloved underground act, is back in action! Emerging once more from the city’s vibrant underbelly, they’ve unleashed “Pinball II,” the sequel to their debut collaboration, “Pinball.” Released last March, this groundbreaking project made waves and left a lasting impression. Now, with “Pinball II,” they’re building upon that success, continuing to redefine the boundaries of hip-hop and electronic music.

In a fresh take, the sequel to Pinball, titled Pinball II, encompasses 16 brand new songs. Each track carries the heartfelt emotions of MIKE and the polished music production by Seltzer. The previously released tracks “WYC4” and “Prezzy,” found at tracks four and nine, demonstrate this blend perfectly.

As a gamer, diving into “Sin City” feels like stepping into an immersive world inspired by the web. From the get-go, it sets the mood and cranks up the intensity to launch us straight into track two – the debut of Pinball II, crafted by Lunchbox on the bouncy “Dolemite.

Progressing through the album, additional elements stem from tracks 12 (Sideshow’s “Hell Date”) and 14 (“Shaq & Kobe,” a tribute to another famous duo), with Earl Sweatshirt appearing on the final track, “Jumanji.” Notably, both Niontay and Sweatshirt made strong impressions on the original Pinball project.
