On Instagram Stories, Weiss shared an authentic photo of Shannon displaying a positive pregnancy test, accompanied by a delightful caption that read: ‘The most wonderful Christmas gift I could ask for!’
He also revealed the baby’s name, writing, ‘”Charlie”… coming this August.’
To TMZ, Weiss revealed that regardless if the child is a son or a daughter, they will be named Charlie as a tribute to their father.

In an open and honest manner, Weiss shares his path towards sobriety, discussing openly his previous struggles with substances like heroin and methamphetamine, even facing homelessness at a certain stage in his life.
Back in September 2022, during an interview on Addiction Talk’s YouTube channel, I found it challenging to confront the photos of myself when I was deep in my addiction. Seeing how I appeared – haggard and lifeless – was truly heart-wrenching.
During the interview, Weiss expressed that his childhood stardom turned him into an “adrenaline seeker,” setting the stage for the substance abuse struggles he would encounter later on in life.
In his youth, Weiss experienced a much more thrilling life than what most 13-year-olds would encounter – jetting off on trips, visiting different locations, and even acting in films. As he put it, he became incredibly hooked on the exhilaration of these experiences. Once this level of excitement faded, however, he struggled to find a replacement. Eventually, he discovered that sensation through drugs.
Weiss shared that he received a replacement set of teeth during his stay at a recovery facility, as he had lost his original ones due to addiction-related issues. He expressed, ‘This was a critical situation … I was in an extremely weak state. Without the intervention of those sheriff’s deputies, I might not have survived.’
On the 26th of January, 2020, Weiss was apprehended for allegedly committing burglary and using methamphetamines in Yuba County, California. Following this, a court mandate was issued for rehabilitation.
Weiss was arrested in connection with public intoxication in August 2018 in Oroville, California.
90 days prior to that, in the year 2017, he was imprisoned due to a meth possession charge in Burbank, California, following his arrest.
