Michelle Dockery Sparks Excitement with New Project After Stylish London Meeting!
It was suggested through Michelle Dockery‘s actions that she may be involved in a fresh, intriguing venture, as photographs emerged of her departing from a business gathering in London on a Wednesday.
At an elite private club, the actress from Downton Abbey, aged 43, casually exuded elegance while wearing a trendy navy blue trench coat, after her meeting with author Elizabeth Kesses.
Michelle paired a grey turtleneck sweater with loose-fitting, light blue denim pants while walking down the main street.
The attractive woman with dark hair sported spectacles, complementing her style with relaxed green sneakers and a brown leather satchel.
It comes after Michelle recently opened up about filming the third and final Downton Abbey movie.
The actress, who has played Lady Mary Crawley since the TV series started airing on ITV in 2010, discussed getting together with the cast for one last time and how the third and final film will serve as a heartfelt tribute to the late Dame Maggie Smith.

Maggie Smith, renowned actress, departed this life at the age of 89 in September. Her on-screen character, Violet, met her end in the final scene of the second film titled “Downton Abbey: A New Era.
Looking back at her final day of shooting, Michelle called it a ‘mix of sweet and bitter feelings,’ something she will hold dear for all time.
She confessed: “We’ve experienced numerous goodbyes before. This time, however, we truly savored each moment. Given that it was our final encounter, it felt incredibly unique and special.
Michelle, too, conveyed her appreciation by referring to the Downton Abbey set as a second home that she’s been connected with for over fifteen years.
She mentioned that, much like any other event, reaching an ending can stir emotions, yet it’s a delightful and joyful state to find oneself in.
She added: ‘It’s always been a very happy place to be and a wonderful thing to be part of.’
In simple terms, the third and last Downton Abbey film will hit theaters on September 12, 2025, with certain actors expressing that it’s their favorite so far.
During a conversation with Yahoo UK, Michelle’s fictional father Hugh Bonneville expressed his thoughts: ‘I believe there’s an abundance of warmth, fun, and novel aspects – which I won’t reveal to spoil it – that make this version the best adaptation of the films we’ve seen so far.’
So far, no plot details for the movie have been announced.
Nevertheless, the third film continues the storyline from 2022’s “A New Era,” which concluded in the late 1920s following the sad demise of Lady Violet, the Crawley family matriarch.
