She’s been a reality star, a presenter, an artist, candle-maker and even an interior designer.
Michael Clarke’s former wife, Kyly Boldy, 44, is adding another skill to her already impressive resume: she’s now a qualified hypnotherapist and life coach.
On Tuesday, a mother shared news of her new venture, Club Reset. She’s offering quick, 20-minute consultations, and for every session, she’ll donate $1 to Beyond Blue, a mental health charity.
Kyly announced on Instagram that the resource people have been waiting for – a place to relax, recharge, and refocus – is finally available. She encouraged anyone seeking direction and guidance to see it as a clear signal to start.
The woman, previously known as a WAG, recently completed training and became certified in conscious hypnotherapy at a college in Sydney.
Conscious hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that uses hypnosis, but you stay awake, alert, and in charge throughout the process.
It’s a form of therapy that uses hypnosis to help you relax and focus. Unlike what you might think, you’re not put to sleep – instead, you’re guided into a calm state where you’re more receptive to positive ideas and self-discovery.
Kyly’s website features several services, including a hypnotherapy package with five sessions for $2,225.
Kyly offers a ‘Platinum 12-Step Coaching Plan’ for $2570, which includes 13 personal life coaching sessions with her over Zoom.
The beauty expert from Bondi Junction is also planning all-day wellness retreats. These retreats will include services like guided stretching, group coaching, meditation, and hypnotherapy.
The Kyly program offers a powerful and engaging experience created just for women over 40, according to its website.
This event is more than just a fun outing—it’s the launch of Club Reset Tribe, a supportive community where women can connect with each other and grow together.
A ticket to Kyly’s retreat will set you back $498.
Kyly was on Sunrise Tuesday to talk about her new business. She explained it’s specifically designed for women over 40, a group she believes often feels exhausted, stressed, and isolated.
The entrepreneur immediately clarified that her work with hypnosis wasn’t about entertainment or the kinds of tricks you see on stage. She wanted to make sure people understood it was different from that.
She explained it as something that begins in early childhood. The beliefs children develop between ages one and eight create habits that strongly influence how they live as adults.
According to her, our subconscious mind controls about 95% of our behavior. She believes hypnosis can help change deeply held beliefs to create a more optimistic outlook.
Kyly first became well-known in the late 1990s after winning several beauty pageants.
In 2002, she became known for appearing on the reality TV show Temptation Island. On the show, she played the role of a ‘temptress,’ attempting to attract men who were already in relationships and competing for love.
After starting her career in weather reporting and hosting shows like The Morning Show, she later joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars in 2014, returning to reality television.
Since then, Kyly has explored many creative interests. She started a lifestyle blog called Lyfestyled, created cooking videos, and begun selling products for the home, like diffusers and candles.
Over the years, she’s also worked as an interior designer and property developer. She even hosted the show House Rules on Channel Seven.
Lately, I’ve been so inspired by Kyly’s creative journey! She’s really embraced her artistic side and is now a working artist – how amazing is that? And she’s not stopping there; she’s even diving into acting classes, which shows incredible dedication and a willingness to try new things. It’s wonderful to see someone pursuing their passions so wholeheartedly!
She even recently joined leading agency Chic Talent Management.
Kyly Clarke revealed to the Daily Telegraph that she was considered for the role of the reporter in the movie ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer.’
Oh my gosh, she said she’s dreaming of working on projects everywhere – both here in Australia and all over the world! And can you believe she really wants to be in a movie? A proper feature film! I’m seriously hoping she gets all the opportunities she deserves, she’s amazing!
I’m eager to work on shows like NCIS: Sydney, or even the holiday movies filmed in Canada. I’m open to considering any and all opportunities that come my way.
Kyly and Michael separated in 2019 after being married for seven years. They continue to work together to raise their 10-year-old daughter, Kelsey Lee.
He dated Jade Yarbrough, but their relationship ended publicly after she claimed he cheated with his former girlfriend, Pip Edwards, following an argument in Noosa.
Almost a year and a half after the event, Michael strongly hinted at a new relationship with 32-year-old Arabella Sherborne by leaving a playful comment on her Instagram photo.
