Mia McKenna-Bruce marries her boyfriend Tom Leach at a country estate in Somerset – a year after welcoming their son Leo

Last weekend, Mia McKenna-Bruce married her actor beau Tom Leach at a picturesque countryside estate in Somerset. The couple has been together for a year now, and they became parents to their son Leo last year as well.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I recently celebrated my grand occasion by renting out the entirety of the opulent 31-bedroom mansion, Brympton House, nestled in the charming town of Yeovil. This lavish estate served as the perfect venue for my family and esteemed actor friends to gather, share laughter, and make unforgettable memories on this special day.
A woman of 27 years adorned a veil, tiara, and an extended ivory dress that brushed against a sizable black medical boot, shielding a fractured foot at the moment.
She danced “Sweet Caroline” at the graveled front of a Grade I-listed manor, accompanied by her friends and her spouse whom she met in 2019 on the set of “Rebels.”
In the year 2022, the house made an appearance in Netflix’s interpretation of Jane Austen’s novel, “Persuasion.” During this adaptation, Mia shared screen time with Dakota Johnson, who played Anne Elliot, portraying Anne’s younger sister, Mary Elliot.
Visitors showed up at the venue a day before the Sunday afternoon wedding, spending the night at the high-end location. The cost for these all-inclusive wedding packages can reach as high as £37,500.
On the morning of her wedding, The Witcher’s actress was captured enjoying a mimosa and relaxing in a set of white pajamas, complete with under-eye masks, as she prepared alongside her sister, Anya, and other bridesmaids.
In the morning, a luxurious preparation suite was available for the wedding party to get ready for their special day. This included a Bucks Fizz breakfast and a four-course meal. Additionally, late-night snacks, or ‘midnight munchies’, were provided after dinner.

Reflecting on an exhilarating journey, I find myself reminiscing about the past year as a transformed woman, mother, and professional. Last August, I welcomed my precious baby boy, Leo, into the world, marking the beginning of this incredible chapter in my life. Fast forward to February, the unexpected but heartwarming honor of receiving the BAFTA’s Rising Star award left me overwhelmed with gratitude and pride. It’s truly been a whirlwind year, filled with love, growth, and unforgettable moments that I will cherish forever.
Present at the event was Emily Burnett, a renowned actress from Hollyoaks and a BAFTA winner, whom Mia had the pleasure of meeting while working together on the CBBC’s Tracey Beaker spin-off, The Dumping Ground, back in 2013.
At her wedding, Lara Peake (her onscreen partner from How To Have Sex) joined alongside other attendees like the show’s director Molly Manning Walker, makeup artist Dominique Desveaux, as well as costume designers Nancy Kane and George Buxton.
In the 2024 short film “Sister Wives,” where Augusta Woods, both actress and producer, co-starred with Mia, she was also present at a recent event. She posted several heartfelt photos of her good friend Mia on her Instagram, celebrating her special day.
The mother-of-one celebrated her hen-do two weeks before her wedding at an Italian-themed event in Kent.
Over the weekend, she posted a collection of photos showing her in a short white dress, using crutches, and wearing a medical boot and bride’s tiara.
