Metaphor: ReFantazio Launch Trailer Drops Ahead of This Friday’s Release
As a seasoned RPG enthusiast with a penchant for immersive storytelling and intricate character development, I can hardly contain my excitement for Atlus’ latest offering, Metaphor: ReFantazio. The haunting rendition of Radiohead’s ‘Burn the Witch’ in the launch trailer only serves to heighten the anticipation.
Atlus has unveiled the debut trailer for the upcoming fantasy RPG, Metaphor: ReFantazio, which is created by the same team behind Persona 3, 4, and 5. The trailer showcases a popular trend today – a reinterpretation of Radiohead’s ‘Burn the Witch’, performed by Mark Evans and Mel Guerison.
In this adventure, you’ll be taking on the role of the protagonist alongside your fairy companion, Gallica. ReFantazio sets you off on a mission to lift a curse from Euchronia’s lost prince, who resides in the United Kingdom. Along your path, you’ll confront your fate and unlock magical abilities derived from over 40 unique ‘Archetypes’.
On October 11th, the intriguing title “ReFantazio” will debut on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. You can get a taste of it right now with a complimentary Prologue Demo, where progress you make in the demo will carry over to the complete game. Take a look at the fresh launch trailer below!
