Metal Slug Tactics Will Be a Day One Xbox Game Pass Release in November
As a longtime fan of the Metal Slug series, I am beyond thrilled that Dotemu and Leikir Studio are bringing us Metal Slug Tactics, a turn-based RPG take on this classic run ‘n’ gun arcade series. With its arrival on Game Pass next week, I can hardly contain my excitement!
As a gamer, I’m thrilled to share that I’ve got some exciting news! Dotemu and Leikir Studio have confirmed that Metal Slug Tactics, the turn-based RPG spin-off of the iconic run ‘n’ gun arcade series, is landing on Game Pass the same day it hits shelves this November. Can’t wait to dive in!
To celebrate the game’s Game Pass arrival next week, there’s a new gameplay preview trailer, offering more than 18 minutes of footage featuring the Ikari Warriors – Clark Still, Ralf Jones, and Leona Heidern.
Each character has distinct skills you can examine in detail. For instance, Clark possesses a formidable wrestling prowess resembling a tank, allowing him to shift opponents on the map as he inflicts wide-area damage with a status effect.
Ralf has the ability to throw powerful close-range punches, similar to a charging bull, while also confronting adversaries directly. On the other hand, the latest Ikari Warrior, Leona, can substitute fallen foes with decoys, creating distractions and overwhelming enemies.
The action-packed game titled “Metal Slug Tactics” is set to arrive on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on November 5th. It will retail for $24.99, or you can enjoy it on day one through Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscriptions. Check out the gameplay video below!
