Second Dinner has unveiled all the details for the upcoming season of Marvel Snap: Masters of the Arcane. This new update introduces Merlin as a fresh character, joining forces with Morgan le Fay, Nicholas Scratch, Jennifer Kale, The Ancient One, and other characters. Merlin enters Marvel Snap
In the Marvel Snap universe, Merlin is a fresh character introduced. He functions as a 2/3 character, granting you an Incantation card at the start of each turn. The Incantation cards include Omniversal Presence, Once and Future, and Polymorph. The new settings, Camelot and Astral Plane, perfectly suit this magical figure.
- Merlin [2/3]: At the start of each turn, add an Incantation to your hand.
- Omniversal Presence [1]: [On Reveal] Replace this location with a new one and give Merlin +2 Power.
- Once and Future [1]: [On Reveal] Shuffle your lowest-Power card here into your deck to get +2 Energy next turn.
- Polymorph [1]: [On Reveal] Transform your lowest-Power card here into one that costs 1 more.
- Camelot [Location]: After turn 5, set all cards here to 5 Power.
- Astral Plane [Location]: After this turn, add a 0-Power copy of a card from hand here.

- Morgan Le Fay [4/7]: [On Reveal] Return all your discarded and destroyed cards to hand with +3 Power.
- Nicholas Scratch [1/2]: After you play a skill, +1 Power.
- Jennifer Kale [2/2]: [Activate] Next turn, you get +1 Energy.
- The Ancient One [3/5]: [On Reveal] Add Tao Mandala to your hand.
- Tao Mandala [3]: [On Reveal] Copy the text of one of your Ongoing cards here onto your other characters here.
- Nightmare [3/-1]: [On Reveal] Replace the text of each card in your hand with text from a random card of the same Cost.
- Dormammu [7/11]: [Game Start] Begin a Summoning Ritual. (Add step 1 to hand.)
- Summoning Ritual 1 [0]: [On Reveal] Merge your highest-Power destroyed card with Dormammu to continue. (step 1/3)
- Summoning Ritual 2 [1]: [On Reveal] Dormammu steals 1 Power from EACH card here to continue. (step 2/3)
- Summoning Ritual 3 [3]: [On Reveal] Destroy 2 of your characters here to summon Dormammu. (step 3/3)
- Clea [1/2]: When this permanently gains Power, add Flames of the Faltine to your hand. (if in hand or in play)

Marvel Snap Masters of the Arcane release dates
The release timeline for the Masters of the Arcane cards spans from June 3rd to July 1st. Initially, you’ll see Morgan Le Fay, Nicholas Scratch, and Jennifer Kale making an appearance. Lastly, Clea will join them towards the end. Here is the complete schedule:

Marvel Snap gets new High Voltage: Overdrive mode and more
In the Marvel Snap, there’s a fresh game mode called “High Voltage: Overdrive,” which is available for a brief period only. Unlike the standard High Voltage mode, this one offers players a chance to obtain Kid Omega and Cobra by completing tasks and winning battles during an event running from June 16 to June 24.
- Kid Omega [2/1]: [Activate] Destroy the next card you play this turn to gain its Power.
- Cobra [2/3]: [Activate] Destroy an enemy created card here.
Regarding future Marvel Snap developments, fans should be excited about the upcoming PANdora’s Box III and Cosmic Dan Hipp albums. By finishing these, players can earn rewards. Additionally, the shop takeovers will showcase Pandart Studio and Dan Hipp variants.
Individuals who want to back Marvel Snap content creators have another option – joining in on Twitch Drops. This will grant you 65 random Boosters and a total of 3,000 Volts. The Twitch Drops are accessible from June 17 through June 23.
