On this occasion, Meredith Marks from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City is drawing scrutiny following her posting of an unusually flawless selfie that has left viewers utterly puzzled.

53-year-old Meredith, a longtime cast member on the Bravo series that debuted in 2020, shared a stylish photo of herself standing on a staircase on Friday.

She wrote, “Jealousy is a sickness, and I wish it a speedy recovery!” She used the famous phrase from her show in this caption. #RHOSLC

However, despite her impeccable style, many viewers were distracted by what appears to be excessive filtering on her face, leading some followers to struggle to recognize her at all.

One commentator remarked, “That’s not you, is it?” Another inquired, “Could that be Meredith? I’m not trying to be impolite, but honestly, I’m confused because this doesn’t resemble her as I know her.

One user speculated that the picture might not be of the reality star, suggesting instead it could be a relative: “I wondered if perhaps it was a niece or so? It’s hard to believe it’s her unless she underwent a complete facial transformation and time travel 30 years back.

The comments poured in swiftly, with one fan asserting that Meredith had transformed herself into a Kardashian using FaceTune, and another implying she’d borrowed techniques from Ramona Singer, another Housewife, who is known for her use of FaceTune.

The criticism arises as an increasing number of celebrities on Bravo, such as Singer and Adrienne Maloof, are currently under scrutiny for excessively altering their photos.

As a devoted admirer, I found myself utterly astonished by the youthful glow radiating from Ramona, seemingly ageless at 68, in her recent social media upload. Yet, it seemed that this rejuvenated image sparked an outpouring of humor among fans, as they playfully pointed out the apparent excessive digital touch-ups aiming to shave off years from her appearance.

Yet, surprisingly, the ex-RHONY celebrity overlooked adding a filter specifically to her hand area.

Surprised fans couldn’t believe it when they noticed Ramona seemed to have missed her own hand in a photo. One comment read, “It seems like you might want to edit your face on FaceTune, but maybe you should also consider editing your hand as well.

One quipped playfully, “You didn’t decide to keep the second half of the arm as part of your hand, did you? You just considered it finished at the elbow instead.

‘That face and that wrist and hand DO NOT MATCH,’ another wrote. 

One person lamented, ‘Unfortunately, the hand wasn’t included in the revision,’ while another expressed, ‘I neglected to remove the hands during editing.’ Both sentences convey the same idea but use slightly different wordings.

‘The face and then the hands,’ a netizen chimed in. 

Multiple people playfully speculated that the woman in the picture resembled Ramona’s 30-year-old daughter Avery Singer, with some even believing it was indeed a young Avery. However, at least one person genuinely held the conviction that it was a different younger individual.

‘Legit thought this was her daughter avery,’ one wrote. ‘Is this Ramona or Avery?’ another asked.

‘I love you Ramona…. but come on!!! This makes you look younger than Avery,’ another pointed out.

One playfully mentioned the upcoming 2024 movie titled “The Substance,” where Demi Moore portrays a character who resorts to an illegal drug in a bid to regain her youthful vitality.

‘Ramona are you taking the substance?’ one asked.

Speaking of Maloof, there was quite a stir when he recently posted a family picture on social media last week.

In the picture, she appears to have an unusually flawless face, giving an impression that her makeup is more like art on canvas or a character from a comic book.

Fans were quick to point out her youthful appearance, with one gushing, ‘You look 12. Wow!’

Another wrote, ‘I’ve seen toddlers look older than you. QUEEN!’

‘Omg Adrienne you look 14 how do you do it,’ asked a third.
