Melrose Place icon Courtney Thorne-Smith files for divorce after 18 years of marriage

Actress Courtney Thorne-Smith has formally submitted divorce papers against her husband, Roger Fishman, which comes almost four years following the reported end of their union.

As reported by TMZ from recently submitted court papers, it appears that Heather Locklear Thompson-Smith, aged 56, has cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the cause of their separation.

In 2007, on New Year’s Day, Thorne-Smith and Fishman got married, and in the subsequent year, they were blessed with their sole child, named Jacob Emerson Fishman.

At 17 years old, Jacob is on the brink of adulthood. However, the actor famous for his role in Melrose Place has asked for shared legal and physical custody during the divorce process, as reported by the source.

In the early 2000s, she was married to Andrew Conrad, a well-known geneticist, for a brief period, and in the 1990s, she had a high-profile relationship with her Melrose Place co-star, Andrew Shue.
