As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I can’t help but admire the grace and resilience that Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson exhibit. Their ability to navigate through the tumultuous world of Hollywood, maintain strong relationships, and continue to thrive in their respective careers is truly commendable.

On a recent Thursday in Los Angeles, it was noticed that Melanie Griffith was enjoying a cup of coffee at Alfred’s alongside her daughter, Stella Banderas, who is 27 years old.

The pair of mother and daughter have plenty to be joyful about, since Stella just became engaged to her old flame, Alex Gruszynski from their youth.

The Working Girl star, 67, looked fit and trim in a black T-shirt and leggings.

A large woven shoulder bag and chic sunglasses completed the Bonfire of the Vanities actress’ look.

On a bright, sun-kissed day in Southern California, the women gathered for a meetup with their male companion, right outside Alfred’s.

Melanie divides custody of Stella with her former partner, Antonio Banderas, whom she started dating in 1996 while working together on the film Two Much.

They married and welcomed Stella that same year.

Later on, Melanie appeared in the movie that marked Antonio Banderas’ directorial debut, “Crazy in Alabama,” released in 1999. This was also Stella’s initial performance on screen.

She filed for divorce from Antonio in June 2014 after 18 years of marriage.

Melanie has a daughter who shares half of her genetic makeup with Alexander Bauer and Dakota Johnson, aged 34. This connection is due to Melanie’s past marriages to Steven Bauer and Don Johnson, both in their seventies.

Despite parting ways six years back, they’ve kept a tight bond, with Antonio, age 61, stating that Melanie will continue to hold a significant place in his life due to the joyous years they spent together and the beautiful daughter they share, Stella.

Don and Melanie were married for six months in 1976 and again from 1989 to 1994.

Actor from Nash Bridges has seen a new wave of success with roles on Netflix’s Rebel Ridge and Hulu’s Doctor Odyssey. Lately, he’s been reflecting on his past glory during the 1980s when he graced our screens in Miami Vice.

For quite some time, I found it difficult to venture out, as I was constantly recognized by my dedicated Miami Vice fans. (Johnson speaking to People about his experiences)

Due to safety measures, I spent time alone. My companions were aware of my location at all times and round-the-clock security was provided. On one occasion, thoughts about Elvis Presley crossed my mind, thinking that in a sense, my situation mirrored how he lived and eventually passed away.

‘I’m not saying I’m like Elvis in this regard, but he struggled with maintaining a personal life, which taught me the importance of balance. To avoid finding myself in a similar situation, I’ve committed to managing my professional and personal lives effectively.’

In those days, I wasn’t merely concerned about my overzealous admirers; I was equally apprehensive about being stereotyped as Sonny Crockett from Miami Vice in my roles.

He stated, “At that point, I didn’t want to be synonymous with Sonny Crockett for my entire career. I’d witnessed the risks actors face when they’re overly associated with their roles. I felt it was important to distance myself from Sonny so audiences could eventually recognize me in other characters.

But 40 years later, he’s grateful for the exposure – and fame – the role brought him.

‘It’s the 40th anniversary of Miami Vice this year, and hey, I’m still here,’ he said, chuckling.

Regarding the excited female fans, the actor commented, “Fame is a state of being,” implying that it’s an ongoing situation. He also mentioned, “It fades over time.
