Mel C, known as Sporty Spice, demonstrated she’s still in incredible shape, sharing photos on Friday that highlighted her toned abs.
Victoria Beckham, 51, has been busy preparing for her new album, ‘Sweat,’ and shared some promotional photos showing off her work in the studio and her fitness routine.
Mel showed off her toned physique while modeling various workout clothes and athletic wear for the photoshoot.
In one photo, she posed confidently while sitting on a spin bike, wearing black cycling shorts and a brown bralette with a revealing cutout in the front.
Mel showed off her fit physique while biking in black heels. She completed the look with large red sunglasses and a single long black sleeve.
Her many tattoos were visible through her revealing gym clothes as she posed with her mouth open, pointing upwards.
Mel looked fantastic in a new photo, posing playfully on a bike while wearing heels and leaning forward.
She changed her outfit, trading her brown top for a red bralette and black trousers, but kept the same large, red-tinted sunglasses.
Mel stunned in a vibrant red and orange swimsuit, cinched at the waist with a belt, in another newly released photo.
Mel turned heads when she stepped out in red ankle boots, showing off her long legs and causing fans to take a second look.
The last picture showed Mel doing yoga, wearing a coordinating bike shorts and sports bra set.
The songstress will release her ninth studio album, Sweat, on 1st May 2026 via Virgin Music Group.
The singer dropped the title track from her new album on Friday and is scheduled to perform a special concert at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026.
Mel held a live question-and-answer session on Instagram earlier this week to promote her new music video, which premiered at 4pm.
The new project is coming out after she shared that the Spice Girls have different WhatsApp groups, revealing ongoing disagreements between the members.
The Spice Girls – Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell-Horner, Melanie Brown, and Emma Bunton – originally got together in 1994 and disbanded in 2000.
Mel recently met up with Emma Bunton, also known as Baby Spice, on Heart Radio. Emma was filling in for Amanda Holden and co-hosting the show with Jamie Theakston.
Jamie, age 54, wondered if the group had a WhatsApp chat. The singer responded that they do – in fact, there are multiple chats, and he’s not even included in one of them.
Even as Emma tried to end the conversation in other chats, Sporty Spice quickly responded with a firm, ‘Yes, there is!’
The pair then said live on air that they are not in groups where either of them aren’t included.
Mel C pointed out to her that she’s the only Spice Girl not included in the group chat the Spice Girls all use. She added that she believes this makes her unique among them.
She added: ‘Because obviously there’s ones without the others now, I’ve let that slip.’
