Mel C, 51, flaunts her incredibly toned abs in skimpy workout gear as she films steamy new music video

Mel C showed off her fit body in a behind-the-scenes look at the making of her new music video for the song “Sweat,” which she shared on Friday.

Mel B, 51, turned heads while posing in revealing workout clothes for a photoshoot, where she was pictured riding an exercise bike.

Mel looked amazing in a small red crop top, revealing her toned stomach. She wore it over a black bra with black trousers.

She then wore a similarly daring black dress with cut-outs in the music video, where she danced energetically, matching the song’s theme.

Mel seemed very happy while filming and enthusiastically praised her revealing outfits, calling them the most thrilling she’d ever worn.

Mel, a mother of one, shared her new song on Friday and showcased her fit body in the accompanying music video.

The songstress will release her ninth studio album, Sweat, on May 1 2026 via Virgin Music Group. 

She will also host a special show at O2 Academy Brixton on October 23, 2026.

Sweat is an energetic dance track using a sample from Diana Ross’s song ‘Work That Body,’ and it’s featured while Mel completes a classic, old-school strength workout.

The Spice Girls – Victoria Beckham, Gerri Halliwell-Horner, Melanie Brown, and Emma Bunton – originally got together in 1994 and disbanded in 2000.

Last month, in her Netflix documentary, Victoria, 51, shared that she was hurt by something Mel B, 50, said to her: ‘Don’t forget where you’ve come from.’

The Daily Mail reported that Geri, 53, canceled her upcoming tour because she grew frustrated with what she perceived as subtle criticisms from Mel B and didn’t want to perform alongside her anymore.

When Geri Halliwell left the Spice Girls during their 1998 world tour, Mel C publicly called her lacking in talent.

She said this while on the TV show CD: UK in 2003, after host Cat Deeley questioned her about Geri’s comments on other pop singers.

Victoria openly expressed her immense pride in her husband, David, after he was knighted by King Charles on Tuesday.

The 51-year-old fashion designer expressed immense pride in her 50-year-old husband, Sir David, posting a photo of him receiving his knighthood at Windsor Castle in recognition of his contributions to sports and charitable work.

She posted a series of adorable photos of them together and wrote a heartfelt message: ‘David, ever since we met 28 years ago, you’ve always taken great pride in representing your country.’

I truly appreciate you receiving this honor from The King today. You’re incredibly patriotic and have always shown deep respect for England and the Royal Family, and that’s something I’ll always remember.

Even with all your accomplishments, you’re still the same wonderful, down-to-earth, and dedicated person I first met almost 30 years ago. You’re also a truly incredible husband and father.
