Mel B will host her second wedding in Morocco after Spice Girls Victoria Beckham and Mel C said sorry for missing London ceremony – but there’s still no word from Geri Halliwell!

It seems that the Spice Girls might reunite at Mel B’s upcoming second wedding, an event we at TopMob have learned is to take place in Morocco.

On Saturday, Mel, who is 50 years old, made her way down the aisle for the third time, where she exchanged vows with Rory McPhee, a hairdresser who is 37 years old, inside St Paul’s Cathedral.

Many well-known figures graced the event with their presence, yet it was only Emma Bunton who represented the Spice Girls.

Although Victoria Beckham and Mel C swiftly expressed their regret (and paid tribute to Mel on social media), Geri Halliwell-Horner hasn’t said anything about the issue, as rumors suggest a disagreement between them.

If Geri goes to the North African ceremony, she’ll have the opportunity to make peace with Mel, as this event carries special meaning for their girl band.

In 2015, the Spice Girls gathered for a small get-together in Morocco, marking the occasion as they joined to celebrate David Beckham’s 40th birthday by air travel.

At the gathering, Sporty, Posh, Baby, and Ginger appeared joyful and ready for photos. Interestingly, however, this time around, only Mel B was missing from the Spice Girls’ group.

Instead, Eva Longoria filled in for Scary – joking ‘I’m the new Spice Girl! #LatinaSpice’.

In the summer, you might have an opportunity to capture the entire lineup at Morocco, should you choose to attend Mel’s second wedding that she has characterized as ‘less formal, sensual, and stunning’.

Recently, Mel has given a peek at her unique attire from her special “just married” moment after an extravagant wedding day.

After the ceremony, she posted on Instagram, where she was seen celebrating with her newlywed spouse at their lavish £28K reception held at the famous London landmark, The Shard.

Visitors such as Alan Carr and Leigh Francis promptly extended their congratulations, whereas fellow bandmate Geri kept quiet on the matter.

Their relationship is stormy, and occasionally they’ve found it challenging to coexist peacefully, as tension can arise even when they share the same space.

On Sunday, Geri persisted in ignoring Mel B even after her extravagant wedding celebration. In contrast, celebrities like Heidi Klum, Paloma Faith, and Kerry Katona took to sending warm congratulations to Mel B following the nuptials.

Heidi Klum added: ‘CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH. WISHING YOU LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE FOREVER.’

Mel C posted a heartwarming picture of Mel B and her newlywed spouse, capturing the joy of their wedding day on Saturday.

As an ardent devotee, I couldn’t help but feel the void when Sporty Spice was noticeably missing at the grand nuptials of her fellow Spice Girl, who tied the knot with her beloved Rory amidst an illustrious gathering in London.

It’s clear that Mel couldn’t make it because of scheduling issues, as she was busy with a performance in Sweden. However, she expressed her joy and enthusiasm for the couple by posting a picture of them on Instagram.

Showing her disappointment at not being able to attend, she mentioned that they would cross paths and gather together soon in the near future.

In her post’s caption, she overflowed with affection by saying, “I am extremely joyful for the two of you, and deeply disappointed that I couldn’t attend. Looking forward to joining in your celebration very soon! Hooray!

Additionally, Victoria posted an old, heartwarming black-and-white photo on Instagram featuring herself and the bride alongside fellow bandmates Geri, Mel, and Emma – even though she couldn’t attend the ceremony in person.

51-year-old Posh wrote under the photo, “Congratulations @officialmelb @rorymcphee on your special day! I can’t help but feel thrilled for you two and send my best wishes for a lifetime of joy! Kisses xx

Earlier today, Victoria too shared another heartfelt tribute for the couple on Friday, complete with a stunning photograph of her and Mel looking elegant at a recent gathering.

She gushed in a caption: ‘Sending love to you @officialmelb! @rorymcphee is a very lucky man! xx’

Before the wedding, it was reported by the Mail that there was no animosity between Victoria and Mel, instead, it was merely a matter of conflicting schedules.

Victoria has prearranged commitments abroad that prevent her from attending. She truly likes Mel, they have a strong connection despite their lives taking different turns. It’s quite unfortunate.

‘There is no issue between them, they haven’t fallen out. It’s just one of those things.’

Geri and Mel found themselves at odds following Mel B’s disclosure about their past intimate involvement during the band’s early days, which came to light during her interview on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories talk show.

2019 saw Geri left greatly distressed over an unexpected disclosure, an apology from Mel for which seems to have been withheld.

Sources also say that Geri’s husband Christian Horner was ‘mortified’ about Mel’s claims. 

Despite the absence of other Spice Girls, Emma attended and dazzled in a chic pink gown while accompanying Mel B.

Emma was joined by her husband Jade Jones, along with their seventeen-year-old son Beau, on this significant occasion. Both of them were impeccably dressed for the event.

Following their departure from the cathedral, Baby Spice graciously paused to sign an autograph for an enthusiastic admirer.
