Mel B, 49, cosies up to fiancé Rory McPhee, 37, during romantic holiday just days after hopes for a Spice Girls reunion are dashed amid her bitter ‘feud’ with Geri Halliwell

As a lifestyle expert with a wealth of experience under my belt, I must say that it’s always heartening to see a couple like Mel B and Rory McPhee enjoying their time together. Their love seems genuine and filled with mutual respect, which is something we all strive for in our relationships.

Mel B put on a loved up display with her fiance Rory McPhee in a new post on Saturday.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but excitedly share the heartwarming news: Since last November, the charismatic Spice Girl, now 49, has been in a blissful relationship with the talented hairdresser Rory, who is 36. Just recently, they took a charming escape together, and to our delight, she graciously posted a romantic snapshot of their journey on social media for all their fans to see!

She posted on Instagram, “Vacationing with my sweetheart. Lots of sunbathing and exploring – can we repeat this soon? Please!”

In the photo, Meldonned a stylish black-and-white striped blouse and wide-legged trousers, highlighting her well-toned midriff.

Rory showed off some flesh too as he kept cool in a simple white vest and loose beige chinos.  

She also shared the post to her Instagram Story, where she added a heart emoji.  

Mel, who was once married to Jimmy Gultzar, Stephen Belafonte, and is a mother to Phoenix (aged 2), Angel (aged 17), and Madison (aged 12) – made the post not long after Geri Horner called off proposals for a new Spice Girls reunion tour.

As someone who has been following the Spice Girls since their debut, I can say that the excitement surrounding a potential reunion tour is palpable. Having grown up listening to them and being inspired by their empowering messages, the thought of seeing Melanie C, Emma Bunton, and potentially even Victoria Beckham back together on stage again fills me with nostalgia and anticipation. Their last shows were nothing short of iconic, and I can only imagine the energy and enthusiasm they’ll bring to a new run of dates. It would truly be an unforgettable experience for both longtime fans like myself and newcomers alike.

However, it’s reported that a deep divide, which initially started as a strain between Geri and Mel B (formerly known as Scary Spice and Sporty Spice respectively), who were once thought to be quite close and even had a brief romantic involvement, has grown so wide that it seems to have caused tension within the group. As a result, sources claim that Geri has decided to part ways completely from the group.

According to a source, Geri has been overwhelmed following the turmoil in her husband’s relationship with his assistant, making it an already difficult period. Now, she seems to have grown tired of Mel’s subtle insults and jabs.

She departed, and without Geri, the whole thing seems unlikely – previously, she was instrumental in propelling the group forward. However, at present, she has no desire whatsoever to interact with Mel, let alone perform together on stage.

Last week, Mel publicly wished Geri a happy 75th birthday on social media, along with several old photos from their past together, which appeared to be a subtle dig at earlier accusations by Mel that Geri had lied about her age.

As the 30th anniversary of their debut single nears, three decades of underlying conflict may jeopardize any prospect of the band reuniting for a live performance.

A trusted source confided in TopMob that the Spice Girls have long been embroiled in disagreements and conflicts, and despite their claimed maturity, these tensions persist and continue to follow them today.

For quite some time now, there’s been a significant disagreement between Geri and Mel B, often leading to public embarrassment for Geri, such as unkind comments on her birthday, and in recent days, Geri has seemingly taken extra steps to belittle Mel B.

The Spice Girls won’t formally disband their group, as they recognize that the Spice Girls’ image remains powerful. They believe any future reunion could prove profitable.
