Meghann Fahy swaps her heels for clogs while Aimee Lou Wood’s gown gets covered in mud as The White Lotus stars let loose at Emmys afterparty after show was snubbed

The cast of The White Lotus quickly relaxed and partied on Sunday night, seemingly unbothered by the show’s lack of wins at the Emmy Awards.

Mike White’s show received 23 nominations at the awards event, but only won one prize: the award for Original Main Title Theme Music.

Meghann Fahy, known for her role in the show’s second season, seemed excited for a fun night out. She swapped her high heels for comfortable clogs as she arrived at Vas J Morgan’s party.

The American actress, still wearing her low-cut black dress, had been nominated for an award for her role in the show last year, but her co-star Jennifer Coolidge had won instead.

Aimee Lou Wood, who recently starred as Chelsea in the show, showed up to the party and her beautiful dress was a bit messed up.

The British actress wowed everyone earlier with her beautiful, full pink and red gown. However, by the afterparty, the long train of her dress had been stepped on and was unfortunately covered in mud.

Ugh, can you believe it? My Aimee was *robbed*! She was up for Best Supporting Actress with Carrie, Parker, and Natasha – all amazing, I admit – but Katherine LaNasa from ‘The Pitt’ actually won?! It’s just…wrong. Aimee deserved it SO much! I’m still reeling, honestly. It’s a travesty!

Even though her team lost, Aimee seemed cheerful while chatting with her co-stars Lisa, Sam Nivola, and Michelle Monaghan.

After two highly praised seasons, the third installment of The White Lotus received disappointing reviews from both fans and critics.

I was so excited for the newest season, and it did not disappoint! They filmed it in beautiful Thailand with a fantastic cast – Patrick Schwarzenegger, Walton Goggins, and Carrie Coon were just a few of the amazing actors who joined the show. It really felt like they pulled out all the stops this time around!

The latest season had eight episodes, which was more than the six and seven episodes in the previous seasons. This finale also had the highest number of character deaths of any episode so far.

Despite the hype, the show didn’t attract many viewers. Many found it slow-paced and were ultimately disappointed, even after the exciting finale.

People have been criticizing Mike White, the show’s creator, suggesting he’s lost interest in the series or is leading it down an aimless path.

Noah Wyle, known for his role on E.R., made a triumphant return to television, leading the new medical drama, The Pitt, to win the top prize at the 2025 Emmy Awards on Sunday night.

Pitt secured the most significant victory of the evening, winning Best Drama Series, beating out competitors like Andor, The Diplomat, The Last of Us, Paradise, Severance, Slow Horses, and The White Lotus.

Popular shows like the Netflix drama Adolescence, AppleTV+’s The Studio, and the HBO comedy Hacks all received accolades.

Noah, age 54, won his first Emmy Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series. The show he stars in, ‘The Pitt,’ also had a successful night, winning Best Drama Series and bringing their total Emmy count to five.

Netflix’s series, Adolescence, received eight awards, including a historic win for Owen Cooper, who became the youngest male actor ever to win in any acting category.

Seth Rogen’s series, *The Studio*, on AppleTV+ dominated the Primetime Emmys, winning a total of 13 awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series. HBO’s *Hacks* also had a successful night, taking home three Emmys, with Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder each winning individual awards.

Noah, best known for his role in the long-running TV show E.R. where he appeared in over 250 episodes between 1994 and 2009, finally won a Primetime Emmy Award. This was his first Emmy win after being nominated five times for his work on the show.

He was up against strong contenders, including Sterling K. Brown for *Paradise*, Gary Oldman for *Slow Horses*, Pedro Pascal for *The Last of Us*, and Adam Scott for *Severance*.

Adolescence was the big winner in the Limited Series, Anthology Series, and Movie categories, including taking home the award for Best Limited Series.

This Netflix series proved more popular than Black Mirror, Dying For Sex, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story, and The Penguin.

Stephen Graham was a big winner, taking home the award for Best Actor in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Movie.

The 52-year-old actor won the award, beating out strong competition from Colin Farrell (The Penguin), Jake Gyllenhaal (Presumed Innocent), Brian Tyree Henry (Dope Thief), and Cooper Koch (Monsters: The Lyle And Erik Menendez Story).

One of the most heartwarming moments of the night happened when 15-year-old Owen Cooper won Best Supporting Actor for his role in ‘Adolescence.’ This made him the youngest male actor ever to receive this award at the ceremony.

Several acclaimed actors delivered strong performances, but young British actor shone brightest in these projects: Monsters: The Lyle And Erik Menendez Story, Bill Camp in Presumed Innocent, Rob Delaney in Dying For Sex, Peter Sarsgaard also in Presumed Innocent, and Ashley Walters in Adolescence.

Erin Doherty, his fellow actor, also won an award for her performance in Adolescence, earning the title of Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series, Anthology Series, or Movie.

The Studio took home the award for Best Comedy Series, beating out popular shows like Abbott Elementary, The Bear, Hacks, and Only Murders In The Building.

Earlier that evening, the 43-year-old actor kicked off the awards show by winning Best Actor in a Comedy Series for his role in AppleTV+’s *The Studio*.

He won against strong competition from stars like Adam Brody (Nobody Wants This), Jason Segel (Shrinking), Martin Short (Only Murders in the Building), and Jeremy Allen White (The Bear).

Jean Smart continued her winning streak, taking home the award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series for the third time.

The 74-year-old actress won the award, defeating Uzo Aduba (The Residence), Kristen Bell (Nobody Wants This), Quinta Brunson (Abbott Elementary), and Ayo Edebiri (The Bear).

Shortly after that, Hannah Einbinder won Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance in the HBO Max comedy, giving her a moment to shine.

The 30-year-old actress won the award, beating out Liza Colón-Zayas (The Bear), Kathryn Hahn (The Studio), Janelle James (Abbott Elementary), Catherine O’Hara (The Studio), Sheryl Lee Ralph (Abbott Elementary), and Jessica Williams (Shrinking).
