Meghan Trainor looks slimmer than ever after weight-loss drug transformation and breast augmentation as she shoots music video at The Grove

Meghan Trainor looked noticeably different from her early fame with “All About That Bass” as she displayed her fit physique while filming a new music video on Monday.

The singer, 31, wore a plunging purple corset dress with a tutu emblazoned with bows and frills.

She completed her outfit with shiny silver heels and was seen stepping off a tram while filming at The Grove in Los Angeles.

The musician has undergone a dramatic weight-loss transformation and recent breast augmentation.

She has been open about her use of Mounjaro to lose weight after the birth of her second child.

After having her two sons, Riley (age four) and Barry (age two), with her husband Daryl Sabara, she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The couple has been married for almost seven years.

In a March 2025 Instagram post to her 18 million followers, Meghan shared that she doesn’t look the same as she did a decade ago. She explained that she’s focused on becoming the healthiest and strongest she can be, both for herself and her children.

After my second pregnancy, I focused on getting back to feeling my best. I worked with a nutritionist, made significant changes to my daily habits, and started working with a fitness trainer. I also used medication, specifically Mounjaro, along with professional guidance, and I’m really happy with the results – I feel fantastic!

Meghan expressed disappointment that many people focused on her appearance rather than her music, dedication, and years of effort.

‘This is what it’s like to be a woman in the music industry.’

You know, I always say life is about celebrating you – your talents, your growth, and prioritizing your own well-being. That’s what I really want to focus on, and I hope we can all keep the conversation moving in that direction. Sending you all my best!

On her podcast, Workin’ On It, Meghan explained that she started using Mounjaro, a medication also used by Daryl, after doctors suggested it to her.

She mentioned that many of her friends, and even some doctors she knew, were using medications like Mounjaro and Ozempic.

The pop star, once known for promoting body acceptance, recently received criticism from fans after admitting to using a weight loss drug, something people had been discussing for a while.

The singer also changed the lyrics to her signature hit song All About That Bass.

In the original track, she sang: ‘It’s pretty clear. I ain’t no size two.’

However, in the revised lyrics she now sings: ‘It’s pretty clear. I got some new boobs.’

Several well-known figures, such as Kelly Clarkson, Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah Winfrey, Elon Musk, Rebel Wilson, Amy Schumer, and Sharon Osbourne, have publicly shared that they’ve used semaglutides.

Earlier this year, Meghan had surgery to enhance and lift her breasts. This was to address changes caused by pregnancy and weight changes.

‘These are the boobs of my dreams,’ Trainor gushed to People on March 6.

I feel more at ease in my own skin than ever before. Perhaps it’s just getting older – I’m in my thirties now, and I’ve finally gotten to a better place with myself.

‘I’ve been working with a therapist for a long time, trying to rewire my brain to love myself more.

I’m always growing and learning, and that’s reflected in my music. I write a lot of songs about self-love because it’s something I constantly strive for, and I see my fans are working on it too. That shared journey is what really connects us.

She announced her plans for the surgery in January and said: ‘I think I was born with saggy boobs.

Honestly, it felt like no one ever made eye contact. But this is a really important step for me – I’m having breast augmentation surgery. I’m excited to get it done.
