Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand, Archetypes, has faced backlash recently. A brief error on the website revealed that products weren’t selling as well as expected.
On January 6, 2026, Reddit users discovered a feature on As Ever’s website that showed exactly how many of each item were in stock, according to the Daily Mail. This led to discussions about the brand’s sales, with some suggesting that the high stock numbers indicated the Suits actor’s 2025 launch wasn’t performing as well as it seemed.
Reddit users discovered a way to see how much stock As Ever had of each item. They did this by filling up their online shopping carts with lots of products, which somehow made the website show the actual quantity available.
According to sources close to the company, recent online speculation about As Ever’s inventory is misleading and doesn’t tell the whole story. These sources explained that the brand actually had a lot of stock because demand was very high – items were selling quickly! They also shared that the company was preparing for an international expansion, which is another reason they had a large supply on hand.
It’s common for companies to keep sales figures private, but the recent data leak suggests this business isn’t just doing well – it’s incredibly successful, with products selling very quickly.
Even though the recent technical problem is now resolved, the following inventory numbers have already been released: approximately 220,000 jars of jam, 30,000 jars of honey, 90,000 candles, 80,000 tins of flower sprinkles, and around 70,000 bottles of wine.
As a real cinema fan, I was fascinated to hear about Meghan Markle’s brand, As Ever. She mentioned they received a huge order – a million units of one product! What really struck me was how quickly things took off. Apparently, they went from making small, limited runs to placing that massive order in just a few months. It’s incredible to think about that kind of growth happening so fast!
She pointed out that while quickly selling out of products is a good sign for a new company, constantly running out of stock isn’t ideal. To fix this, the company dramatically increased production to avoid shortages. Despite this increase, Markle stated she continued to sell out of many items.
