Meghan King REUNITES with her three children for holiday fun after settling custody dispute with ex-husband

Meghan King spent the holidays with her children after finally reaching an agreement in her difficult custody battle with her ex-husband, Jim Edmonds.

After a difficult divorce, 41-year-old former Real Housewives of Orange County star shared a picture of herself enjoying time with her children this weekend.

Oh my gosh, she posted the cutest picture! It’s of her and her ex with all three of their kids – little Aspen, who’s nine, and the twins, Hart and Hayes, they’re seven – and they’re all crowded around a claw machine, trying to win something! I seriously can’t handle the adorableness. It just makes my heart melt seeing them all together, even with everything that’s happened. I’ve already screenshotted it like five times!

King shared a cute picture on her Instagram Story on Saturday, showing off a claw machine prize. She captioned it, ‘Holiday market trip success – and all our money went to this! We clearly love claw machines!’

This decision follows the reality TV star agreeing to allow her three children to live primarily with her ex-husband, Edmonds, whom she was married to from 2014 until their divorce was finalized in 2021. This came after she reportedly lost custody of the children.

King and Edmonds recently reached a custody agreement regarding their children, resolving their long-running dispute.

According to Us Weekly, she has agreed to let their three children primarily live with their father in Tennessee, but she will get to spend a few weeks with them each summer.

Earlier this week, Steve Honig, a representative for Edmonds, confirmed to the Daily Mail that she and King had come to an agreement. This followed a period where King temporarily lost custody of their children due to an investigation by Child Protective Services (CPS).

The court hearing has been cancelled, and both parents have come to an agreement that will benefit their children.

At the time, details of the agreement between the pair were not known.

According to a source at Page Six, she reportedly gave Hayes prescription medication that wasn’t meant for him on several occasions.

According to the source, King gave Hayes Ritalin – a medication for ADHD – despite the fact that Hayes had never received a diagnosis of the condition.

The Daily Mail tried contacting King’s team for a statement, but they didn’t hear back. Edmonds’ representative also chose not to comment.

According to Us Weekly, citing multiple sources, Kate Gosselin temporarily lost custody of her three children after a report was made to Child Protective Services by someone at their school.

According to a recent report, Child Protective Services became involved after King requested a school nurse provide Hayes with doses of medication for ADHD.

In November, she was stripped of her physical custody rights and granted supervised visitation.

An investigation ensued but the hearing was canceled after she reached an agreement with her ex. 

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe this! So, I’ve been following Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s situation closely, and apparently, Page Six is saying Kroy and his new wife, Kortnie, were actually at their Tennessee house when CPS reached out. Can you even imagine?! They immediately hopped on a flight to Missouri to be with the kids! It’s just…a mess, honestly, and I’m glued to every update!

Edmonds currently has full custody of the children, but King is permitted to visit them twice a week under supervision, according to a source.

Kelly Dodd, who used to be on The Real Housewives of Orange County alongside Tamra Judge, seemed to reveal in a TikTok video that Tamra temporarily lost custody of her children.

In the clip, Dodd said she had spoken on the phone with King after the news broke. 

I was really upset to hear someone call my friend a ‘dangerous mother’ because of claims she gave Hayes Ritalin. But honestly, I know she’s a good mom, and another friend, Dodd, totally agrees with me – she’s always been there for her kids.

I noticed in the video that Ms. Dodd was visibly upset, pacing in her kitchen, and shared that she was hoping for a positive outcome regarding her children – she said she was ‘praying’ to get her ‘babies back.’ It’s clearly a very difficult time for her.
