Megan Gale Looks Decades Younger at Thai Wellness Retreat

Megan Gale was enjoying a little rest and relaxation this week. 

The renowned Australian model embarked on a journey to the RAKxa Wellness sanctuary in Thailand, receiving a sequence of rejuvenating therapies there.

Forty-nine years old, she appeared significantly more youthful than her age, striking a pose by the pool while dressed in a streamlined black bathing suit.

The stunner went makeup free in the photos, showing off her natural beauty and line-free visage. 

As a committed wellness enthusiast, I too indulged in a session where I reclined comfortably, swathed in a plush robe, receiving an intravenous (IV) infusion brimming with immunity-enhancing supplements.

Megan participated in certain cold cryogenic procedures and also enjoyed sessions inside a high-pressure hyperbaric chamber for relaxation and increased oxygen absorption.

She shared on Instagram that her time at Rakxa Wellness surpassed all her anticipations, making it one of the most remarkable wellness encounters in her life.

She raved about the ‘therapeutic modalities’ and ‘wide range of exercise options available’. 

Not to mention ‘food that is as delicious as it is good for you’.

She shared, “I had my initial cryotherapy session and now I can’t get enough! I recently experienced IV therapy for the first time as well, to strengthen my immune system and improve my digestive health – it was fantastic! This visit has given me so many wonderful benefits.

Megan concluded that she had a ‘beautiful, peaceful, calming experience’.

Late last year, the beauty announced her return to the spotlight.

Megan is back as a representative for David Jones, signifying her victorious comeback to this renowned department store.

In 2001, Gale initially joined David Jones, serving there until 2013. Now, he’s back with the company after signing a long-term agreement.

It comes after Gale celebrated the store’s 185th anniversary in March last year. 

Megan shared with The Herald Sun that she found it delightful to receive the invitation back and return at a seemingly ideal moment.

She expressed that the moment when we temporarily stopped was ideal, providing her with an exceptionally pleasant chance to transition into a brand-new role as a mother and immerse herself fully in it.

It’s been ten years since we last collaborated, and I’ve been hoping that one day, we could potentially team up again.

Although people frequently connect the title ‘supermodel’ with Gale, this mother of two prefers to be called a ‘super mom’ nowadays.

Megan, who was once partnered with ex-Richmond athlete Shaun Hampson, manages to balance the responsibilities of motherhood with her re-entry into the fashion industry.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, let me humbly say that your kind words are truly appreciated, but I must chuckle at the sentiment because I genuinely believe it might not be entirely accurate for my situation.

I consider myself quite exceptional because I manage my kids’ activities effectively – today is the last day to register them both for basketball, and I have to juggle taking them to swimming, ballet, and gymnastics classes, while also remembering it’s someone’s birthday and I need to buy a gift. You could say I’m quite super for handling all that!
