Megan Barton-Hanson left fans puzzled when she displayed a noticeably lively derriere in a blue gown, during an Instagram video session on Sunday night.

In a striking long-sleeved, blue midi dress featuring an expansive chest cutout, the Love Island surprise entry, aged 31, captured everyone’s gaze due to its figure-hugging design.

In the brief clip, Megan can be noticed rummaging through her fridge, then retrieving a Red Bull, followed by her facing the camera for a drink.

This popular OnlyFans personality styled her golden locks into ringlets, finishing off her outfit with a pair of sleek black opaque stockings and a towering pair of high-heels.

The television personality, who is known for discussing her nose job and breast enhancement procedures, merely added a playful monkey emoji as the caption for her post.

Fans quickly took to the comments as they were left baffled by Megan’s ‘ridiculous’ new look.

I’m really disappointed, what happened to the natural beauty of your behind? I feel terrible for saying this, but it truly appears quite absurd.

1. Oh my goodness, what on earth did she do to her backside?; Another one that’s completely altered her behind; What in the world has been done to her posterior, did she get a Brazilian butt lift?

2. Good heavens, it seems like something drastic was done to her derriere; It looks like her rear end has undergone a massive transformation; I wonder if she had a procedure like a Brazilian butt augmentation?

‘Looks terrible. She used to be so naturally pretty; Wtf have you done to your bottom?’  

Previously, Megan mentioned that having plastic surgery allowed her to overcome bullying about her appearance during her teenage years and later become known as the “Alan Sugar of strip clubs.

At the age of 19, she had a double surgical procedure – a rhinoplasty (nose job) and a breast augmentation.

Megan, who gained popularity from the 2018 season of ITV’s dating program, admitted that she was bullied about her nose and ears that stuck out during her school years, leading her to alter her physical features.

Following tight financial circumstances that only allowed her to purchase a train ticket to work in London from Essex, Megan shared her thoughts on dating with relationship expert Paul Carrick Brunson during his We Need To Talk podcast.

Paul, aged 50, inquired: ‘After getting your ears reshaped initially, and later having breast augmentation, what was the motivation behind choosing to undergo breast surgery at such an age for you?’

Megan admitted: ‘I’ll be brutally honest – money.

In a more straightforward manner, “I didn’t encounter any problems, I was quite comfortable with my natural breasts. However, there was this woman who was earning significantly on social media, largely by emulating Page 3 models. Yet, she operated independently.

I recalled telling my first boyfriend, “Sweetheart, she earns a lot, doesn’t it make me more attractive? I believe I could achieve the same if I had larger breasts.

‘I wanted my nose done, that was another thing from school kids would pick on.

I dislike going under anesthesia, but if I get plastic surgery done on my breasts and nose at once, I can potentially earn a significant amount of money through social media or, in the past, by appearing in tabloids like Page 3.

‘I wanted to be a glamour model, a Page 3 girl.

In Essex, I held a job in London, but the pay was only minimum wage, just enough to cover the cost of my daily commute train ticket.

‘I was like, this can’t be what life is, surely.’

Megan was working as a Legal PA at the time, but decided to invest in breast surgery.

Following this, the TV personality started sharing photos of her revamped appearance, often in revealing outfits, on Instagram. This strategy garnered her an impressive fanbase prior to her popularity from Love Island.

After six years, she currently boasts 1.4 million followers, and she expressed: “Instagram has provided me with so much, particularly by sharing more alluring photos. My popularity grew as the likes increased.

After gaining popularity on social media, the reality TV celebrity decided to increase her income by performing at a nightclub offering adult entertainment.

She shared that she was making very little money at her law firm, considering the number of hours she was working. Weekends were a struggle financially for her as she didn’t have enough funds to enjoy them.

I was putting effort into enhancing my appearance, but the income from Instagram wasn’t sufficient for me to live comfortably. As I walked by the strip club, the women outside seemed joyful, they were chuckling. They exuded a striking level of glamour and elegance.

‘I didn’t even tell my parents, I just walked in and said ‘hi, can I have a job?’

I had never set foot inside a strip club, yet I found the atmosphere there appealing – they seemed joyful and wealthy, which was an aspiration I harbored.

The trainee solicitors and solicitors were making me feel sexualized at work, often through their looks and comments. Since they treated me this way while I was wearing a pencil skirt and tights, earning minimum wage, I decided to move to a place where I could be sexualized in return for higher pay and the ability to be my own boss. So that’s exactly what I did.

‘For the first year, I thought I’d made it. I thought I was Alan Sugar.’

In a conversation about her experiences, Megan shared: ‘Working at the strip club provided a remarkable sense of freedom. Some of the most cherished moments from my life are associated with that establishment.’

‘I found an unprecedented bond with women that I hadn’t experienced before, as other girls excluded me during my youth. In retrospect, it was because of the bullying I endured from an older male, which they could sense made me timid and studious. I was always considered a bit of an outsider due to these qualities.’

‘They were so lovely. I’d never felt that sisterhood, ever in my life, it was lovely.’
