Meg Ryan has disclosed the genuine appearance of her hair, unstyled and untouched by her friend Sally Hershberger’s expertise.

On a Tuesday, the crowned film star was spotted out and about in Montecito, California – a popular hotspot among celebrities like Oprah, Jennifer Aniston, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Meghan Markle who all own properties there. And on this day, she was seen with her hair casually untouched as she attended to her daily chores.

Gone was the hairspray, mousse and styling gel as she let her hair do its thing. 

The svelte figure of the former Top Gun star was noticeable as she showcased a sleek black coat, teamed with blue denim pants and stylish black sneakers.

Meg styled her vibrant, naturally blond hair straight and loose, emulating a look designed by renowned stylist Hershberger.

In the diner of New York City, she artfully recreated the iconic fake orgasm scene from the well-known film ‘When Harry Met Sally’ alongside her co-star Billy Crystal.

The movie came out in 1989 and became an instant classic. 

In the ’80s, Ryan was a leading light in romantic comedies, with films such as Sleepless in Seattle among her many successes. More recently, however, she’s chosen to focus on lesser-known dramas and even direct movies.

As a devoted follower, I can share that this movie star is not just a celebrity, but also an adoptive mother to a 20-year-old named Daisy. She shared with us that she had been on the verge of initiating legal proceedings multiple times before meeting her little one in China. However, when the right moment arrived, she felt it was absolutely perfect – just as if time itself had aligned for this special connection.

She mentioned: ‘I’ve often contemplated adoption, even coming close to it at different times. However, it seemed uniquely suited for Daisy. I can’t quite explain the series of events that led us to each other, but everything fell into place perfectly.’

Between the years 2010 to 2014, Meg was romantically involved with American musician John Mellencamp. After some time apart, they reconnected in 2017. Their engagement took place in November 2018, but ultimately decided to part ways permanently in October 2019.

Meg, the co-writer and first-time director of the 2023 romantic comedy “What Happens Later”, which also features David Duchovny, emphasizes that distancing herself from the limelight has enriched her life and made her a more intriguing individual.

In an interview with IO Donna, she expressed that her reason for stepping away from acting was to seek new encounters and gain diverse experiences beyond the world of cinema.
