The reality show Big Brother came back to ITV2 on Sunday, introducing a new group of contestants. In a surprising and quick turn of events, one housemate was immediately voted out.
Hosts AJ Odudu, 37, and Will Best, 40, returned to the stage for a lively launch event, where they introduced the 16 contestants competing for a £100,000 prize.

Occupation: Pizza restaurant worker
Gani, a big fan of Dua Lipa, wants to become famous and share his positive energy with everyone on the show.
When asked why his housemates might nominate him, he explained that he sometimes gets heated and raises his voice, which others could interpret as rudeness. He also worried they might see him as talking too much.

Occupation: Farmer
Honestly, Cameron always struck me as someone… different. He’d say he was an ‘old soul,’ and it totally fit! He wasn’t the type to thrive at parties or anything; he was a real introvert. He truly *lived* for being out on his farm, just with his animals. That’s where he was happiest, completely at home and in his element. It was so endearing to see!
He decorated his tractor with a brightly colored fridge, hoping to showcase and support British farmers.
He expressed excitement about starting something new and hopes to make it past the initial adjustment period. He’s also eager to participate in the nomination and eviction process, and looks forward to sharing his choices in the Diary Room.

Nancy identifies as pansexual and has a fascinating background. Born in Italy, she spent her childhood in Glasgow and is fluent in five languages – she particularly enjoys using Italian when she’s flirting!
When asked what she’d bring to the house, the contestant said she’d definitely bring her passionate, Italian side. She described herself as energetic, talkative, and expressive, always using gestures while she speaks and enjoys dancing and singing throughout the day.
Nancy acknowledged she can sometimes be overwhelming and very lively, which might make her a target for eviction.

Occupation: PR
Caroline arrived in a flamboyant outfit – a white faux fur coat and a sparkly cowboy hat – but revealed she actually prefers being alone, which she thinks will surprise people watching.
She explained that her public relations business struggled after relocating from London to Yorkshire, primarily because there weren’t as many famous people in the north of England to work with.
Caroline said she’d use the prize money to finally fix up her house. She plans to replace the patio doors, get the house painted, install a new front door, and repair her shower – all things she’s put off while being unemployed.
