A recent report indicates that the upcoming shows, VisionQuest and Wonder Man, are likely to be very popular with viewers.
What are the biggest reasons to watch VisionQuest and Wonder Man?
A recent question for Alex Perez, a source close to the Cosmic Circus, revealed that upcoming Marvel shows will connect to future Marvel movies, including potential storylines like Avengers: Doomsday or Avengers: Secret Wars. Perez confirmed this connection, stating that characters will indeed appear in both the shows and the movies, which is sure to please fans.
The upcoming series, VisionQuest, will feature Paul Bettany returning as Vision, alongside James Spader reprising his role as Ultron. The cast also includes Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, T’Nia Miller, Emily Hampshire, Orla Brady, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and James D’Arcy.
At first, it wasn’t clear whether the upcoming ‘Vision Quest’ series would follow the plot of the original comic books, or continue the story of Vision that’s been developing within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Vision was last seen in the Disney+ series ‘WandaVision,’ where he was taken apart and rebuilt with a new, white form, which then vanished right before the season ended.
The new Marvel series, Wonder Man, is coming to Disney+ in January. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II plays the main character, Wonder Man, and Ben Kingsley returns as his Marvel Cinematic Universe character, Trevor Slattery. Destin Daniel Cretton and Andrew Guest created the series.
