Previously with MCoBeauty, Anthony Sullivan recently acquired an impressive waterfront property in the district of Kirribilli, Sydney, at a jaw-dropping price tag of $41 million.

The documents show that the 49-year-old entrepreneur, who was wedded to the company’s founder, Shelley Sullivan, purchased the property with cold hard cash.

Nestled on a spacious 765 square meters, the lavish home boasts meticulously maintained gardens and an inviting outdoor pool.

In the year 2020, MCoBeauty was introduced to the market by Shelley Sullivan, who swiftly garnered attention due to their line of reasonably priced alternatives (or “dupes”) that closely mimicked well-known beauty and skincare products.

The swift manufacturing process, which allowed the company to deliver products to supermarkets and pharmacies within just eight weeks, significantly contributed to an extraordinary increase in sales.

This past year, Dennis Bastas, a billionaire in the pharmaceutical industry, purchased MCoBeauty for a billion dollars. He had initially obtained half of the company’s ownership in 2022.

Over the past four years, the remarkable surge in the brand’s earnings, which saw a staggering increase of 2400%, can be partly credited to the rising cost-of-living forcing consumers to seek more budget-friendly options within the beauty industry.

As a devoted enthusiast, I can’t help but exclaim that my latest acquisition outshines the previous record setter, none other than the esteemed John White of Next Capital! In 2022, he splurged an impressive $19.1 million on a stunning waterfront property nearby, but hold onto your hats, because my Kirribilli purchase has just raised the stakes!

Anthony and Shelley parted ways in May last year after an explosive argument.

Due to a heated argument, Anthony decided to travel to the United States, whereas his wife at the time relocated to the InterContinental hotel in Double Bay.

Head-to-toe in sleek black leggings and a snug zip-up jacket, I couldn’t help but notice the effortless coolness of Shelley as she chatted away on her phone, striding back towards her vehicle with an air of unruffled calm.

Shelley styled her relaxed attire by adding golden hoop earrings and kept her makeup subtle, while her short, sleek platinum blonde hair was casually but elegantly pulled back.

Although Sullivan’s car was parked right under a clearly visible ‘no parking’ sign, marked with prominent red and white colors, she got out of her vehicle and walked into the high-end jewelry store, well-known for its items priced in the tens or hundreds of thousands.

The black BMW SUV she owned stayed parked within a zone painted red, very close to the shop’s entrance, as people walking by or driving past watched it.
