McLaren Unveils Ultra-Exclusive MCL38 Celebration Edition Supercars

McLaren is honoring its successful 2024 Formula 1 Constructors’ Championship win by releasing a highly exclusive MCL38 Commemorative Edition, available for both the Artura and 750S models. Only nine versions of each car will be produced to mark the brand’s ninth Constructors’ championship, which was claimed at the final Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi.

McLaren Special Operations (MSO) custom-designed the MCL38 Celebration Edition cars. These unique vehicles sport a livery reminiscent of the 2024 MCL38 Formula 1 car, boasting the classic Papaya Orange and Anthracite color palette. Distinctive elements on the exterior include a Champions’ Laurel and ‘Nine-Star’ logo, as well as eye-catching orange highlights on the hood stripe and brake calipers.

Each model showcases an exclusive Visual Carbon Fibre Extended Sill Cover autographed by McLaren Formula 1 drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri. The headrests bear the Champions’ Laurel logo. Each car also features a special dedication plaque, containing genuine carbon fiber from the championship-winning MCL38 F1 vehicle. Lastly, a custom track record plaque inside the storage compartment showcases the pole positions, race victories, and fastest laps achieved during the triumphant 2024 season.

The Artura and the 750S MCL38 Special Editions continue to be high-performing vehicles. The Artura boasts a 3L V6 hybrid engine, whereas the 750S showcases a 4L twin-turbocharged V8, paired with McLaren’s carbon fiber monocoque frame and sophisticated aerodynamics. Additionally, the 750S comes equipped with an active rear wing and Proactive Chassis Control III suspension.

Due to a limited production of just 18 pieces worldwide, the MCL38 Celebration Edition supercars are poised to be highly sought-after collectibles. For inquiries regarding pricing and availability, you may contact McLaren directly.
