McDonald’s announces Pokémon TCG Pocket collaboration
Pokémon is teaming up with McDonald’s for a special partnership, offering fans collectible Dragon-type Pokémon trading cards and TCG (Trading Card Game) prizes in their meals.
Fans of Pokémon, come together! The renowned franchise is partnering with McDonald’s again, but on this occasion, it’s to boost the popularity of the latest mobile card game, called Pokémon TCG Pocket.
If you’re aiming to amass the entire set, ordering at McDonald’s grants you access to unique trading cards and additional perks. Here’s a breakdown of all the details.
Pokémon TCG Pocket teams up with Mcdonald’s for exclusive Happy Meals
Previously, Pokémon teamed up with a well-known fast-food restaurant, offering special cards as part of their Happy Meals. It appears that the collaboration has restarted, meaning you can get these cards again upon ordering a Happy Meal.
Additionally, it’s important to note that buying into the Pokémon and McDonald’s partnership doesn’t just earn you a card. Instead, you can collect Pokémon TCG Pocket rewards by ordering a Pokémon Happy Meal via the McDonald’s app.
All Pokémon TCG Mcdonald’s Happy Meal rewards:
- 24 Pack Hourglasses
- 12 Wonder Hourglasses
Besides these rewards, players can also earn tangible cards from the Happy Meal package.
McDonald’s to release Dragon-type Pokémon cards in Happy Meals
In contrast to their previous practice of unveiling unique collector cards exclusively, it appears that McDonald’s is opting for a series of powerful Dragon-type cards in their latest release.
Indeed, you’re correct! Your preferred Dragon-type Pokémon will soon be featured exclusively on McDonald’s Pokémon cards, though there may be a handful of non-Dragon Pokémon not included in this special series.
All 2025 Pokémon McDonald’s exclusive cards:
- Charizard
- Pikachu
- Miraidon
- Jigglypuff
- Hatenna
- Dragapult
- Quagsire
- Koraidon
- Umbreon
- Hydreigon
- Roaring Moon
- Dragonite
- Eevee
- Rayquaza
- Drampa
If you’re aiming to gather all 15 cards, note that just 7 of these Pokemon cards are Holo. Even if you’re an adult, it’s still possible! Fortunately, you can place an order for a Happy Meal, a popular food choice, which typically costs around $6.
Seems pretty worth it, in my opinion, for some rare Pokémon cards. Go catch ’em all, now!
