Maya Jama revealed a new tattoo on her arm while posting a sweet photo with her boyfriend, Ruben Dias, on Thursday.

The Love Island host, age 31, showed her pride in her background with a new tattoo shaped like the three countries her ancestors came from.

The actress’s mother is of Scottish and Swedish heritage, while her father is of Somali descent, representing a blend of cultures from all three nations.

Maya shared a photo of herself in the tattoo studio as she received the inking.

The Manchester City footballer put his arm around her and kissed her cheek while she was posing for a photo.

Maya also shared a stunning bikini snap wearing a white top as she relaxed on a boat.

She shared a photo of her outfit from Wednesday when she went to see Ruben play for Portugal against Hungary in Lisbon at Estadio Jose Alvalade during a FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifying match.

A photo surfaced of Maya backstage at The Masked Singer, showing her with a big bouquet of flowers.

I was so incredibly proud watching Ruben play for his home team today! His parents, Bernadette and Joao Dias, and his brother Ivan were there cheering him on too, and it was just a really special moment for all of us.

Maya wore a white t-shirt and a black leather jacket to the game, and she sipped on a glass of red wine.

During the match, she was spotted saying hello to Ines Tomaz, who is married to Bernardo Silva, a player on Ruben’s Manchester City team.

Ruben and Maya have been dating for nearly a year, making their romance official in April.

Reports suggest the couple first connected when the TV presenter attracted the attention of the Portuguese soccer player at the European Music Awards last November.

Their relationship became official after they were photographed showing affection for each other at KSI’s Baller League event in April.

Ruben recently opened up about his relationship with Maya for the first time.

When asked about media attention on their relationship, Ruben told The Telegraph he wasn’t worried at all, saying it’s the furthest thing from his mind.

We both know this is unavoidable, but you can’t let it become the main focus. Instead, concentrate on everything else, and then handle this as an additional consideration – carefully and intelligently.
