Maya Jama debuts chic new hairdo and wows in a tiny miniskirt on Love Island’s Aftersun

On the latest episode of Love Island: Aftersun, Maya Jama unveiled a fresh, shorter hairdo.

The 30-year-old presenter was stunning, sporting a shoulder-length hairstyle, as she flaunted her physique in a snug-fitting pink ensemble.

She showcased her long legs and tiny waist in the co-ord that flattered her incredible physique.

Maya finished off the look with a pair of white, open-toed high heels.

On Instagram, Maya posted a playful video teasing her latest appearance, humorously referring to herself as “Bobby’s girlfriend.

In an American-like tone, Maya recorded herself stating: “Alright, Bobby, our host for the night is all set. Don’t forget to watch…”, she momentarily struggled with her lines and then followed up with: “I must admit, I’m having a bit of a brain fog today.

Love Island’s Aftersun, initially hosted by the late Caroline Flack, is a beloved supplement to the reality dating series. This spin-off program reviews the week’s happenings in the villa, frequently including conversations with former islanders.

Maya’s program airs while there are concerns that the television figure might soon decide to depart from the ITV dating series, as her career escalates in other areas.

In the exhilarating world of entertainment, I found myself graced with an unparalleled opportunity in October 2022 – stepping into the role of the new host for the beloved series, Love Island. This career-defining moment has undeniably been the highlight of my professional journey thus far.

Since then, after Laura Whitmore had hosted for three consecutive seasons, Maya has been the host of the ITV2 show.

Since then, her career has consistently thrived, expanding into a flourishing beauty empire and garnering whispers of an upcoming Netflix appearance.

In simpler terms, the latest episode of the TV series had its smallest audience since 2016, with only about 1.4 million viewers watching it.

Meanwhile, Maya has no shortage of offers for other projects to keep herself busy.

Although she is known as a TV presenter, Maya’s first career goal was to become an actress.

In her teenage years, she tried out for various roles and managed to reach the final stage for a character in the E4 teen series, Skins.

After not landing the role, she shifted her attention towards improving her presentation skills. However, it seems her passion for acting has been rekindled lately.

According to reports, the star is set to take on an exciting new character in the upcoming second season of Guy Ritchie’s crime drama “The Gentlemen.

She is said to portray the glamorous spouse of a questionable figure who has connections with Theo James’ character, Eddie Horniman.

In January, it was disclosed by the host of BBC Three’s Glow Up that she had been secretly auditioning for a coveted part, suggesting her desire to portray a character starkly distinct from her cheerful on-screen character.

She expressed her aspiration: “I’d love to play a character unlike myself, perhaps even a villain, to demonstrate my versatility as an actor.

‘And then people would be like, wow, two different people.’
