Maya Jama and Ronnie Wood lead star-studded guests arriving at Tyson Fury’s comeback fight against Arslanbek Makhmudov

Maya Jama and Ronnie Wood were among the many celebrities watching Tyson Fury’s boxing match against Arslanbek Makhmudov at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Maya, 31, beamed for photographers as she arrived at the event, wearing a striking white fur skirt and a long leather jacket.

Ronnie Wood, the 78-year-old English musician, walked behind her, and then Gary Lineker, the former footballer and host of Match of the Day, came next.

Tyson’s wife Paris, 36, is also in attendance with their daughter and bride-to-be Venezuela, 16.

As a lifestyle expert, I always say evenings are the perfect time to embrace a little glamour! And Paris certainly did just that – she looked absolutely stunning in a heavily beaded gown with some really chic cut-out details. It was a total showstopper!

She teamed it with a pair of gold stiletto heels and styled her hair into an elegant updo.

Meanwhile, Venezuela opted for a stunning, sequined dress with nude heels and a glitzy necklace.

She was photographed with her fiancé, Noah Price, as they went out together after her bachelorette party, which he had attended.

Tyson’s fight on Saturday is the first of three that will mark, and shape, the end of his career.

This marks the fifth time Tyson Fury has come out of retirement, despite repeatedly saying he was done with boxing. He’s often explained that the sport takes a heavy toll on him, both physically and emotionally, and impacts his family as well.

His decision to fight the dangerous Arslanbek Makhmudov, despite previously retiring at age 37, has reportedly angered and worried his family and close friends.

Tyson announced his return to boxing, but shared that his wife, Paris, didn’t talk to him for several days after he told her.

Paris doesn’t understand why her husband is taking health risks for money that won’t significantly improve their situation.

After being away for 16 months, Fury isn’t returning to the ring slowly – he’s making a powerful and aggressive statement.

During Thursday’s press conference, he strongly emphasized a familiar strategy that has worked well for him in the past: portraying himself as the one taking the initiative, rather than being targeted.

He admitted that, for once, he was the one taking control – and historically, whenever he’s been in that position, things haven’t gone well for others.

If Fury gets past Makhmudov, his next fight will be against Anthony Joshua.

For nearly ten years, the potential fight between Fury and Joshua has been constantly discussed, planned, fallen through, and then briefly resurrected, only to be cancelled again.

Several times, agreements were proposed and potential dates discussed. In 2021, a fight nearly happened, but a contract clause requiring a third fight with Deontay Wilder ultimately delayed it.

After Joshua lost to Oleksandr Usyk for the second time in 2022, Fury publicly proposed a fight on short notice, but negotiations ultimately failed, as they had before.

The final act, in Fury’s mind, is Oleksandr Usyk. Their rivalry has already defined a generation.

Usyk won both of their fights, skillfully outmaneuvering and ultimately proving more resilient than Fury. However, Fury still refuses to acknowledge those losses.
