MaXXXine won’t be streaming for UK viewers just yet, but good news! Universal Studios has officially announced that the film will be made available for digital purchase starting from Monday, August 19 at 12:00 AM UK time.

In the UK, you have the opportunity to reserve a copy of “MaXXXine” now on both Amazon Prime Video and iTunes. Once it is officially launched, you will be able to instantly stream it.

For those who prefer a tangible version, you can pre-order the DVD and Blu-ray of “MaXXXine” in the UK as well. However, at this point, Universal has not announced a specific release date for the home edition of the horror film on physical media.

In a new take, Mia Goth portrays Maxine Minx once more, with the former porn star striving for success in Hollywood during the 1980s, according to MaXXXine.

Yet, her budding career success could be jeopardized as she becomes the focus of a relentless serial killer’s attention.

In an interview with Digital Spy prior to its premiere, Goth elaborated that the upcoming film carries a distinct feel due to her expanded role as a producer compared to earlier projects.

She mused that having a voice on a film set and some control over decisions makes a significant difference in self-assurance. This is certainly an aspect she wants to maintain and develop further in the future.

Goth hinted at the possibility of reprising his role in another film from the X series, if West decides to make another one.

“You can purchase or rent MaXXXine on Prime Video, iTunes, and other platforms in the United States. At present, it’s playing in movie theaters across the UK, with a digital release scheduled for August 19.”
