Max George reveals he caused an accident at the hospital after undergoing emergency heart surgery
As a lifestyle expert with extensive experience in health and wellness, I can empathize with Max George’s current situation. His resilience and positive attitude are truly inspiring, especially considering his recent heart surgery and unexpected flooding incident.
Max George disclosed that he unintentionally filled his hospital room with water following an urgent heart operation.
36-year-old member of the band The Wanted shared on his Instagram Story that he awoke to find himself surrounded by approximately one foot of water, providing a brief update to his followers.
Speaking from his hospital bed at 2 am, he remarked: ‘I stood up just now, and I found myself stepping into about a foot of water.’
‘I forgot to turn off the faucet and it clogged up, so now I have a new place to live – it’s quite good.’
This month, the television personality disclosed that he would be spending Christmas in the hospital due to needing urgent medical attention for an unidentified heart issue which had gone undetected.
In a recent clip, Max begged his heart monitor to increase before it appeared to switch off as he shared a new video from his hospital bed.

Max recently posted a fresh video where he’s lounging in bed, observing as his compact heart rate monitor fluctuates from 35 to 34 and then to 38. He then playfully beckoned, “Rise, please!” or “Go up” in a pleading tone.
Initially, the figure fell to 37, prompting the star to hint that he yearns for a dose of thrill to boost his pulse rate.
He penned: ‘Come on @mancity.. Sort me out will ya?!!’
However, the device then appeared to switch itself off, leaving Max to exhale, ‘Brilliant’
It comes after Max revealed he will undergo open heart surgery to have a pacemaker fitted.
Following additional examinations by medical professionals, it was disclosed that Max requires a device implantation to regulate his heartbeat, as they discovered an abnormality in his heart’s lower region.
Indicating towards himself, he stated: “It’s 100% certain that I will be getting a small companion implanted here at some time.
As a lifestyle expert, allow me to share my personal experience: Recently, I’ve been grappling with an issue related to the lower chamber of my heart, often referred to as a blockage. The challenge lies in understanding the root cause, as extensive testing is yet to be conducted.

As an ardent admirer, I can’t help but share the enigma surrounding the recent disappearance of the “Glad You Came” sensation. Though medical professionals have managed to rule out certain potential reasons, the true cause remains shrouded in mystery.
Max, who has overcome past struggles with alcohol, stated: “I haven’t been drinking for nearly five years now, so it’s not about giving up alcohol.
‘It’s a bit of a mystery really, but that’s the hard bit. It’s the waiting. My heart rate is really, really low. They’re monitoring it 24/7, everyone has been amazing.
However, the waiting period can be challenging. Regrettably, it’s one of those situations. No matter what solution comes along, I’ll have to adapt and move forward. We’re optimistic that a pacemaker might be the solution, as they are generally effective.
In a more recent episode of his extensively recorded hospital journals, the singer disclosed that he experienced a challenging day at the hospital.
He said: ‘I’ve had a bit of a rough day today.
This morning, my heart rate unexpectedly decreased, causing a moment of unease. However, the incredible people around me were able to boost it slightly and stabilize it, which is fantastic news.
Many people have been wondering why I haven’t dived right into the procedure without delay, but there are numerous tests that must be performed first before any action can be taken.

I only need to make it to the end of this coming week and complete all my exams. Once that’s done, the right course of action will be clear.
Max concluded his message by noting he is determined to stay positive amid the ordeal.
He said: ‘Obviously they’ll be able to do something but it’ll be better doing it with all the information they need. But year, it’s s**** But still here and staying positive.’
