Maura Higgins made a striking entrance at Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen in New York City on Tuesday, wearing a bold corset dress with fur trim.
The 35-year-old Love Island star displayed her slim physique in a long, white dress featuring a striking fur collar and cuffs.
Maura styled her brown hair in an elegant updo and completed her look with white heels and sparkling earrings.
While on a talk show, Maura received a brand new Hermès Birkin handbag worth £17,000 as a gift from her co-star on the show Traitors, Rob Rausch, adding to her collection of designer bags.
Rob, age 27, has officially apologized to Maura for betraying her in the finale of series 4 of The Traitors by giving her the Birkin bag she’d been wanting.
The Irish model was thrilled when Rob hand-delivered her new red designer bag. He even wore gloves, following the proper procedure to make sure she was the very first to touch it.
‘This is my win,’ Maura boasted as Rob handed her the pricey handbag. ‘I knew I’d have my moment.’
After sharing a big hug with Rob, Maura assured him, ‘You’re forgiven!’
They especially thanked their “Traitors” co-star, Lisa Rinna, for introducing Rob to Hermès, the designer of Birkin bags.
He confirmed Lisa was a huge help, saying, ‘Lisa helped majorly, majorly.’ Maura also expressed her gratitude, thanking Lisa for everything.
As Maura and her companion left the talk show, she posed for photos, showing off a stunning new designer handbag.
The TV star wore a simple white T-shirt with the phrase ‘I’m dumb?’ printed on it – a nod to her misplaced trust in Rob, who had secretly been working against her – along with black jeans.
As they walked through New York City, Rob continued to be a perfect gentleman, carrying Maura’s large orange Hermès box.
The US star looked in good spirits as he carried a plastic red cup and posed for photos with Maura.
Rob looked stylish in a blue bomber jacket, a white T-shirt, and jeans. He finished the outfit with a black baseball cap that boldly stated ‘Traitor’ on the front.
Earlier that day, Maura playfully showed off a fashionable pinstriped minidress and burgundy tights, using the sidewalk as her personal catwalk.
The reality star looked stunning in a fitted navy dress with a corset that highlighted her waist. She completed the look with high, burgundy heels.
The TV star displayed her extensive handbag collection, and was seen carrying her £20,000 black Birkin bag, which she bought last August.
This follows the Irish model’s recent announcement that she hasn’t been intimate with anyone for a year, and a pointed criticism of her former partners for being unfaithful.
I was really interested to hear that Maura Higgins, who used to date Pete Wicks, has decided to focus on herself and is taking a break from relationships. She mentioned she’s been celibate after having a string of disappointing romances, and honestly, I totally get it – good for her prioritizing her own happiness!
Last year, Maura publicly accused her ex-boyfriend, Pete, of cheating after finding messages to other women on his phone.
As a longtime follower, I always knew Pete was a good guy. Sources close to him told the Daily Mail that those rumors about him being unfaithful to Maura just weren’t true, and he was actually really upset by them.
Maura explained that balancing work and relationships is difficult, adding that she already struggles with trusting people.
Most of my past partners were unfaithful, and that’s why I’ve chosen to abstain from sex for the last year.
She added: ‘I don’t trust men anyway.
She admitted that if she hadn’t been familiar with Rob’s personality, she probably would have reacted very emotionally – crying, leaving, and cutting off contact – after he beat her in the interview with Elite Daily.
Maura recently admitted that she checks a new partner’s phone within the first week of dating, explaining that she struggles with trust.
After being hurt in past relationships, she’s become very careful and scrutinizing when dating, essentially taking on the role of an investigator to protect herself.
Maura recently shared with Glamour Magazine what she considers dealbreakers in a relationship, calling them ‘red, green, and beige flags.’ She explained that her biggest issue is a lack of trust, stating, ‘I’ve got serious trust issues.’
Early on in dating someone – within the first week, even – I admit I’ve checked their phone. I’ve become a bit of a detective because I’ve been hurt in past relationships by men. It’s probably more of a warning sign than a dealbreaker, but we jokingly call it a red flag.
‘We call it red because it’s not okay to go through someone’s phone, but I’m going to do it again.’
TV star Maura has regularly dated in the public eye.
She first became romantically involved with Curtis Pritchard while on Love Island, and later dated Chris Taylor, who she also met during her time on the show.
After her breakup, Maura dated Giovanni Pernice, a professional dancer from Strictly Come Dancing, but their relationship ended after four months.
Maura and Joey Essex were seen kissing at the National TV Awards in 2022, but they both said they weren’t dating.
