Maura Higgins revealed how she stays in shape by sharing a photo of herself in a bikini from her recent trip to Marrakesh.

The 34-year-old Love Island star frequently posts photos of herself online, often showing off her figure in revealing outfits, whether she’s at glamorous events or on vacation.

She recently shared the secret to her amazing physique: consistent, dedicated workouts at the gym.

When a fan asked Maura about her ab workouts on Instagram, she jokingly replied that she’d been working incredibly hard at the gym for the past few months.

‘It’s not been easy but this is the best I’ve felt in such a long time!!’

She explained that she practices power yoga and pilates regularly. She’s also really motivated to get in great shape next year, as it promises to be a very exciting time for her.

Maura not only responded to a fan’s question but also shared a stunning photo of herself in a red and white bikini, with a beautiful sunset behind her.

Maura struck a pose, showing off her flat stomach in a low-cut bikini and running a hand through her shiny brown hair.

During the question-and-answer session, Maura revealed she does get Botox, despite having previously said she didn’t.

One fan asked her: ‘Will you ever talk about skin treatments you have? You are glowing! Xx.’

She explained that when she initially developed perioral dermatitis, she stopped getting facials. Now, she focuses on a skincare routine and also uses Botox, administered by Dr. Rosh, who she highly recommends.

In the snap shared alongside she looked as radiant as ever as she showed off her smooth complexion. 

The woman, who used to work as a ring girl, discussed whether she’d had any cosmetic procedures after being on the ITV2 reality dating show in 2021.

She explained that she had lip fillers done three months after leaving Love Island. Since lip fillers typically last five to six months, she decided to let her previous fillers naturally dissolve and hasn’t had any further treatments.

Despite this, people often think I’ve had cosmetic procedures like lip fillers or Botox. Some even guess I’ve had a nose job, but I haven’t had any work done at all.

She explained that having braces for a long period caused her teeth to shift, which subtly changed the shape of her lips.

I don’t think lip fillers are right for me right now. With my straight teeth, it just wouldn’t look good.

This post follows reports that Maura is poised for success in Hollywood. She reportedly made a strong impression on people in the film industry with her first acting role in the Irish comedy, The Spin.
