Afterward, she decided to use social media to declare that she and Molly-Mae, who is 25 years old, have resolved their issues. Additionally, she expressed gratitude towards her supporters for standing by her during the criticism she faced.
Previously known Love Island contestant Maura, aged 33, displayed open encouragement when Molly-Mae reappeared on social media, expressing warm sentiments in a touching message directed at her followers. This interaction between them began back in 2019 during their time together on the ITV dating show.
Penning supportive a four letter comment alongside a flurry of fan support, Maura wrote: ‘LOVE & ADORE YOU [silver heart emoji]’.

Kay shared a video explaining that it was actually someone else, not the Love Island star, who had been sending the messages.
She asserts that she became smitten by the messages following a gathering in Manchester with an individual who bore a striking resemblance to Tommy. Moreover, she admits to feeling quite perplexed about the situation.
In the video, I shared my experience by saying, “Without a doubt, I fell victim to catfishing. Someone was definitely pretending to be someone else as a different account contacted me and confessed, ‘You honestly believed that was him? That was me.'”
As a devoted follower, I find myself in a position where people might question my statement about seeing him. However, let me clarify that at the time, I was already quite confused. Furthermore, it was rather unusual because we were in Manchester, attended a private event, and there was a group of men present. One of these men bore such a striking resemblance to him that it left me questioning whether it could have been him.
She continued: ‘Like I said, I don’t even now know what he really looks like. I know he has brown hair and is like really muscly. But yeah this person has messaged me and basically told me they were trolling me.’
Kay expressed her astonishment over the recent ability for individuals to purchase verifications and alter their names on social media platforms.
