Maura Higgins and Una Healy soaked up the sun in bikinis during a luxurious getaway to Dubai with friends Ashley James and Lucy Mecklenburgh on Sunday.

The celebrities posted glamorous bikini photos on Instagram while vacationing at the luxurious Atlantis The Palm hotel.

Oh my gosh, you guys, did you SEE Maura?! She’s 35 and seriously, absolutely STUNNING. She was wearing this black bikini top with a white maxi skirt – it was low-rise, and honestly, she looked incredible. Her figure is just… breathtaking. I can’t stop thinking about it!

Maura later met up with Ashley from This Morning, singer Una Healy, and some other friends for drinks in the sunshine.

Oh my gosh, she was absolutely glowing! I was practically melting just watching her walk onto the beach. She kept pushing her damp hair out of her face, and it was the most adorable thing ever. Seriously, she looked amazing, totally carefree and happy on this sunny getaway. I can’t stop thinking about it!

She wrote that she was incredibly thankful to be in Dubai with a wonderful group of women, calling it a trip she’ll never forget.

The reality TV star completed her beach look with oversized white sunglasses and a stylish woven bag.

Ashley wore a white shirt and pants over her outfit and smiled brightly for the cameras.

Ashley shared that she had a wonderful vacation without children and didn’t feel any guilt about taking time for herself to relax and have fun with friends.

Former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh is a loving mother to her two children: four-year-old son Alfie and two-year-old daughter Ada, who she shares with her partner, Tommy Andrews.

Ashley observes that having time without children is restorative. She’s noticed a lot of discussion about ‘mom guilt,’ but rarely hears about fathers feeling guilty for similar reasons, which she finds interesting.

We’ve somehow started to believe that being a mother means dedicating every single moment to the role, completely sacrificing your own needs. But does this constant selflessness actually make us better mothers, or better people overall?

Having those little moments to myself is essential for me to feel like my true self again. They help me relax and remember that I’m an individual, even though being a mom is my priority right now. Plus, returning home refreshed and happy definitely makes me a better parent.
