Afterward, the BBC studio burst into applause, with Matt commenting on her visibly pregnant belly by saying, “You can almost make it out.
Sophie smiled in response to the observation and simply said: ‘Just about!’

Chef Sophie, who hails from London, is popular for her simple recipes on the show and online.
She already announced her news on Instagram with an appropriate culinary twist.
She wrote: ‘Sausage Pasta Wyburd-Kumar is expanding in my belly and will arrive for us this fall!’
The chef commented: ‘By the way, creating recipes as a job can seem like a jest when all you crave for three months straight is spinach and ricotta tortellini. However, I’m confident that it will be well worth it in the end.’
Sophie has posted about some of her peculiar early pregnancy food preferences on social media, such as Marmite and frozen yellow-tinted potato items.
Fans were quick to offer their congratulations on social media too.
Chef Alfie Steiner playfully commented: “Wow, those contractions! They’re certainly going to savor the most delicious cuisine.

Following the remarks made by host Matt on The Staff Canteen podcast, it was indicated that Saturday Kitchen might conclude at some stage.
Matt hinted at the likelihood of moving onto a new challenge, potentially returning to work in kitchens, sparking speculation about his potential replacement for Greg Wallace on Masterchef.
‘It’s going to stop at some point,’ he said. ‘I’m going to have to do something.’
According to a source, Matt stepped up to the task when he took over Saturday Kitchen following its previous host, a well-known culinary figure named James Martin.
‘He managed the feat of making it his own and almost making viewers forget who his predecessor was.
Currently, the leaders at BBC and the production company Banijay are eagerly anticipating if he can replicate his charm and success on the MasterChef program.
