Matt LeBlanc was recently spotted in Los Angeles on a Wednesday, not long after news broke about his Friends colleagues expressing concern due to the upcoming anniversary of Matthew Perry’s passing.

A seldom-spotted celebrity, identified as number 57, has been observed in the bustling city of Los Angeles, maintaining a discreet demeanor by donning a baseball cap and shades.

Friends were worried about the actor following his unkempt look that surfaced last month, as reported by an In Touch Weekly source, based on photos published by TMZ.

LeBlanc has rarely been seen out since the tragic death of Perry in October 2023.

Before early September, no one had seen LeBlanc in public since December 2023, according to TMZ.

The source stated, ‘Matt isn’t being criticized for his physique or judged for his personal choices. It’s important to clarify that’s not the case in this situation.’

It’s troubling for Jennifer Aniston and the rest of the Central Perk gang that he’s become so secluded lately, as it seems like they only get occasional updates from him each month. (The source confirmed this.)

‘He’s been in touch since the tragic passing of Matthew Perry,’ the insider said.

However, beyond those points, he tends to keep to himself and engage less with others, showing little enthusiasm for social interaction, the source added.

‘That’s just plain sad for everyone to see,’ the source said.

Regarding LeBlanc, the source remarked: “He was always so lively and cheerful, but now it seems like he doubts his own worthiness among them.

The source stated: ‘It’s evident that his self-confidence has suffered, and it’s apparent just by looking at him that he’s also neglected his physical health.’

However, the source reassured that LeBlanc still has his friends’ unwavering support.

According to the source, Jen, Courteney, Lisa, and David are aiming to bring him back into their group and make him happy once more.

‘The recent tragedy has taught them all how short and precious life truly is.’

On October 28, 2023, Perry passed away at the age of 54 following an incident in his Los Angeles home’s hot tub where he was discovered unconscious.

His death was determined to have been caused by ‘acute effects of ketamine.’

In August, five individuals were apprehended for their alleged involvement in a case connected to his passing. It is believed they provided him with substances that ultimately resulted in his drug overdose.

Doctors Salvador Plasencia (age 42) and Mark Chavez (age 54), as well as the alleged drug dealers Jasveen ‘Ketamine Queen’ Sangha (age 41), Eric Fleming (age 54), and Kenneth Iwamasa (age 59, Perry’s live-in assistant) have all been accused of wrongdoings and charged.
