Matt Doran and Wife Sell Everything After Shocking Move to the US!
Matt Doran, a former Sunrise star, along with his spouse Kendall Bora, have been actively getting rid of their Australian real estate properties since they relocated to the United States earlier in 2021.
The listing for Kendall’s fashionable apartment in the eastern suburbs of Sydney revealed that the single-bedroom, single-bathroom unit was sold at auction in December for $795,000.
Overlooking a breathtaking harbor, this apartment can be found within the luxurious Piccadilly Gardens complex in the affluent area of Woollahra, situated approximately 5 kilometers from the central business district (CBD).
In 2007, Kendall purchased a flat for $675,000 and resided there prior to her marriage to Matt, which took place in 2021, as reported by The Daily Telegraph on the 3rd day of the week.
Nestled high above the building, I’d be delighted to introduce you to my generously sized abode that sprawls across 35 lush square meters. It features a cozy window nook perfect for reading or enjoying the view, along with a spacious kitchen fit for a gourmet chef.
The apartment complex includes a pool and built-in access to Foxtel for residents.

Matt and Kendall are also looking to sell their luxury rural getaway for $3million.
Situated at Sunny Corner by the Hawkesbury River, approximately 174 kilometers from Sydney, this extensive waterfront estate is presently functioning as a vacation rental on Airbnb.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad, which is only accessible by boat, offers stunning views.
Matt and Kendall reportedly bought the property in 2021 for $1.75million.
The cost per night ranges from $2200 to $1200, with the exact price depending on the duration of your stay.
They plan to start a fresh chapter in the U.S. in February, following Matt and his spouse’s announcement.
Kendall confirmed at the time she was leaving her role as executive producer of Nine’s Today show.
Matt shared that he would be parting ways with Seven in November, expressing that it was a difficult decision to leave what he considered one of the finest positions out there. However, he and Kendall felt it was the perfect moment to pursue a fresh opportunity.

‘While I’m sad… where I am right now is honestly a place of incredible gratitude,’ he said.
For the amusement, the insights, the emotional moments, the extraordinary views on existence, the merry-go-rounds of amazing treats (yes, including tofu too).
Matt, who used to work as a crime journalist, started working at Seven in 2017, taking up a position on their top-rated current affairs program, Sunday Night.
He was replaced on Weekend Sunrise by US correspondent David Woiwod.
