Masteries Are Gone From Brawl Stars – What Happens Next?
The progression system for Brawlers, called Mastery, granted players rewards like Gold and Credits based on their playtime and victories in battles using these characters.
Since its debut in early 2023 within the gaming world of Brawl Stars, this feature has mainly attracted a small group of highly active players, as Supercell explained. Notably, just 11.8% of the player base possesses a Brawler Title, an accolade earned by completing a Brawler’s Mastery Track.
The skill mastery was lacking within the community, and as expected, Supercell decided to take action when they noticed an issue. To address this problem, they have chosen to eliminate Mastery from Brawl Stars entirely.
What Happens After Mastery Is Removed From Brawl Stars?
The primary intention of adding Mastery was to offer players an additional engaging goal once they’ve finished their Daily and Seasonal Missions in Brawl Stars. However, many players found that the amount of work required was disproportionate to the rewards received.
With Mastery no longer in play, a significant amount of resources like Bling will now be directed towards the revamped Trophy Road. The majority of these resources will be transformed into raw currency. The remaining portion will be changed into either Random or Legendary Starr Drops.
Some Credits will be converted into more Brawlers on the Trophy Road.
Breakdown of Rewards in a Post-Mastery Brawl Stars
Hey fellow gaming enthusiasts! Let’s delve into some stats, shall we? Out of the current 92 Brawlers, the Masteries offer a whopping 230,500 Coins, 34,500 Power Points, and a neat 24,225 Credits. Isn’t it exciting to see those numbers pile up?
Once Mastery is eliminated, a total of 100,400 Coins and 10,800 Power Points will be transferred to the Trophy Road. Meanwhile, 80,364 Coins, 2,587 Power Points, and 16,606 Credits will be shifted to the fresh Records system. Any remaining balance will be transformed into Legendary Starr Drops, as well as Rare and Super Rare Brawlers on the Trophy Road, with the rest going towards Brawler Quests.
